1st timer in this store... was my last. Walk in and ask "how it's going," and the employee replied, "oh it's going".. not thanks for coming in, can I help you????? I ask specifically for salt nicotine juice, employee acted like he wasnt too versed in that area. I asked to look at juices.. he would walk away vape and come back w no juice. And I asked again to look at juice bottle, (because he didnt know what fruit was in what juice/product knowledge) after the 3rd time if this back and forth and him not bringing me what I ask, I ask for brain freeze by Naked, and he walks back to it, vapes and again leaves the juice in the back. I only made the purchase because I needed juice then. So I get home only to find out there is menthol in the juice. I'm done. I hate menthol. If dude would put the ecig down and learn some of his products we may have had a different experience. I will go to EVERY other store but this one. So disappointed. I have to get the right juice. Another store gets my business. And you get a review with 1 star. Let that sink in.

First couple of times i came in i believe his name was will, was a great employee and everything went smoothly. GREAT STORE WITH GREAT PRODUCTS BUT THAT IS NOT WHY ME AND MY WIFE PUT A 1 STAR REVIEW. The reason for a horrible review was your employee Pat. he was very sarcastic and rude. we mentioned we were on a time crunch and he still felt the need to talk our ears off. recommended incorrect accessories or our vapes and the completely wrong direction of juice we wanted. he felt the need to ID me knowing i'm well over 50s. i have scoliosis and bad knees so for him to tell me to walk back out to grab my id which wasn't in my wallet was a huge pain in my ass. i understand he needs to ID, but come on. Pat is one of the worst employees i've ever seen in a marketplace. I make sure to call the store before coming in to make sure he isn't there. He's nothing but lazy and snarky. too big for his britches. and needs a new job at mcdonald's. OTHER THAN PAT, the store is great. i've met Keith he's a great man. Will is very helpful, all good things about the store....

So Travis at @midsouth vapor in southaven, ms yelled at kiley today loud and hard enough that he spit on her shirt. I went back with her because she was to scared to go by herself because hes like 6-2 320 lbs and mind you kiley is 5-1 96 lbs to turn in her keys because she felt unsafe. He then starts yelling at me and calls the police and pressed charges claiming I was irate and threatened to harm him. Little did he know the whole thing was recorded with video and audio. Not once did I threaten him just asked did it make him feel good to bully a young girl. So I went to SPD and asked to speak with the officer that took the report. When he heard the audio he was blown away. WREG News Channel 3 WMC Action News 5! How many people get arrested and put in jail on false charges?!! Not me!! STAND UP SPEAK OUT STAND OUT. THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING! I will not stop till he pays for trying to have my freedom taken from me over him being a bully...
