Very disappointed with this location and corporate Sonic ! Beware if you order on the app, they will steal money from you!!! On 2/2/2023, I ordered $51.00 worth of food through the Sonic app and paid using the app. When I went to pick up my food, one of the car hops came to my car and told me that they were unable to cook my food due to mechanical issues in the kitchen. I asked for a refund since I was not getting my food, and I was told that the store could not refund me the money since I ordered through the app. They couldn't even give me a store credit or a gift card. They told me I would have to call the number to the Sonic app and request a refund that way, which I did before I even left the parking lot. The person I spoke to on the app took my information and told me I would be credited the $51 to my bank account within 10 business days. So, on day 10, I called the app number again because my money was not credited back to my account. They said since it was above $50 dollars they had to turn it over to upper management and wait another 10 business days. Then after ten more days, nothing has happened still. I have called numerous times since then to the app number and corporate and no one will put me through to a manager. They just take down my information and say some one will contact me. It is now March 8th and nothing has been done about this- no call back, no money. So, beware of spending more than 50 dollars on the app, because you won't get money back! The customer service is absolutely amazing just the quality of the food is not the best. When I first started coming to this location food was always hot & fresh and came out super fast past couple of days I’ve been coming here quality of food is not it at all. Food came out cold , fries were pretty nasty , taste like they need to change the grease they put the fries in taste old and last time I came they dang there burnt my fries to a crisp absolutely disgusting taste to it. A little frustrating considering the fact that sonic is not cheap like that. Also even if you order a meal that typically gives you the option of a sauce they make you pay 30 cents for 1 sauce packet but it also depends on who gives you your order. I ordered a strawberry shake, blue raspberry slush, and a mini M&M Blast. However, the shake was essentially vanilla ice cream with a cherry. Upon informing the staff, they retrieved the shake and I requested a cherry limeade instead. After waiting for ten minutes without receiving my drink, I called again to request a refund. The staff member explained that I would need to use my card to process the refund and then repay for the slush and Blast.
