I purchased the Whirlpool 2 in1 Large capacity 1-21-2024. Which has been LESS then 24 hours ago. Decided to use the washer for the first time today 1-22-2024 & the ENTIRE drum of the washer was wobbling as if it's off track and balance. Now remind you, when I purchased this washer it was a floor model and the saleswoman Rasha gave it to me at a "discounted" price because it was a "floor model". They KNEW this washer was defected. Not to mention I got it home the agitator was missing, so I drove way back up to the store on 10 Mile and Southfield Rd to get an Agitator but they stated she had stepped out and handed me an Agitator that they'd taken out of another floor model, and it was cracked and dented up, so the went the guy went to another floor model washer and took one out of and it was fine. This washer takes so much water to fill up that it backup my basement during drain the wash and I've NEVER had an issue with a backup before. I called a plumber who stated my drains were clear but because of the significant amount of water from the water draining was the issue. Then of course I call back up to the store and spoke with the manager whom states that Rasha, who sold me the washer was not in and I would need to call BACK to the store tomorrow to "SEE" if they can help me. I GUARANTEE THEY WILL HELP ME BY GIVING ME A FULL REFUND OR THEY'LL HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM ON THEIR HANDS WITH ME CONTACTING THEIR CORPORATE OFF AND THE BBB.
DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER IT'S HORRIBLE. IF YOU DO DECIDE TO PURCHASE, MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU THE OWNER'S MANUAL (which I did not get) AND MAKE SURE THEY DEMO TO YOU HOW IT PROPERLY WORKS INSTEAD OF JUST TRYING TO GET A SELL OUT OF YOU. THIS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE WORSE EXPERIENCES EVER!!! I REALLY WISH I COULD UPLOAD THE VIDEO OF HOW THIS WASHER IS OPERATING BUT THE SIZE IS TOO BIG. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! NEVER AGAIN. Upon entering we we're greeted by a Arab salesmen who at first seemed helpful but after 5 minutes became rude and full of himself after we didn't want to buy an high end electric dryer for one of our rental properties. We explained to him that we're not looking for our personal house but an rental of ours. So we we're on our way out the door when Grecia an sales associate at ABC asked what the issue was and could she help us in anyway. We told her what we we're looking for and the price we want to pay and she willingly showed us which Electric dryers she could give us a deal on. So with Grecia help we picked out a good new dryer and she treated us with respect and listened to our needs. So we wanted to thank Grecia for stepping up and helping us find a good dryer for the price we wanted as well as trying her best to make us happy. We're extremely happy with Grecia's customer service skills and her desire to serve the customer and make sure we're happy.
This rating is for the delivery guys. We rate them 5 stars. The first delivery guys we're very helpful. Before they attempted to bring the dryer into the house. They measured the dryer then the doorway. Unfortunately that dryer wouldn't fit because it was too big. So we had to go back up to ABC to see what other dryer they can exchange that one for. Grecia found another dryer but a smaller one that'll fit so we we're happy. Upon the 2nd delivery the dryer was handled with care and the delivery guys we're very nice, polite, and friendly. They difinitely wanted to make sure they didn't damage our dryer by measuring the door and analyzing if it can fit or not. So we are happy with the delivery...
   Read moreAbsolutely do not purchase anything from this location! My husband and I purchased a refrigerator $1800 with delivery. It was scheduled to be delivered Saturday morning and the top of the fridge was crushed completely in route. They called me and told me I was going to have to wait till Tuesday for my new fridge. Of course the old one was defrosted cleaned and broken. All the food, I now have is going to go to waste $300 worth of groceries to be exact!! They didnât care and offered me my delivery fee (which is $50 dollars back)! $50 dollars! I have to buy take out for the next three days with a child who has kidney issues and two kids with Autism (theyâre on medication)! All I can get from them is âThese things just happened.â Facts, but you choosing to not adequately accommodate a paid customer, with children with disabilities, on a restricted diet is your personal choice. I think you guys will get better items and customer service anywhere else. I donât want you guys going through what I am going through. Shame on you ABC Warehouse Southfield!!!! Itâs sad, that lately Iâm finding that going further out, like Troy, Sterling Heights etc, is wayyyy better customer service more professional. Never again! We purchased on July 2nd and itâs now July 9th an still no refrigerator.
UPDATE! Delivery was awesome! Drivers went above and beyond. My new Fridge was worth the wait! Spoke with Al Regional Manager ABC Warehouse and he apologized for the delay. He made it right and now Iâm going back for my husband new recliner! Iâm so grateful that excellent customer service still exists!...
