If I could give this business zero stars, I totally would!
November 2020- I purchased $150 worth of items from their online boutique and they sent me all the incorrect sizes (on purpose) which caused me to have to return all the items i received. They then issued me a Gift Card, after I requested that my money be returned to its original payment method. Who wants to shop with a business, that intentionally defrauds its customers? I didnāt! Ignoring my requests, they issued the gift card ($150) anyway, even after informing me that they did not have enough items to accommodate me in my original (and chosen) sizes.
June 2021- I finally use that wack gift card, and purchased some items for my sister. I didnāt want to take the chance of waiting too long, and they donāt allow me to use it- and Iām out $150! (I didnāt trust them at all).
They partially shipped my order, and never informed me (again) that they were out of a Legging set that I ordered. Once I received my items and noticed that it wasnāt in there- I then contacted them at the email address listed on their site. After two days they responded and apologized, stating that they would āship the item when it comes in.ā I contacted them again (because I knew this would never happen) and asked to be refunded for the Legging set, to my original form of payment. I knew that theyād find some way- to not ship my items, because they never had the Legging set(s) to begin with. I then receive an email stating that they refunded me for the Legging set⦠to what you ask? Another Damn Gift Card! (Insert rolling eyes emoji).
I am personally making it my mission to get this business shut down or fined, until they can implement HONEST business practices, because they are crooks! They increase sales by advertising with various influencers on Instagram, but they donāt Have the products to accommodate these sales- and WE (the consumer) suffer! Initially when I've learned years ago you have to not only pay $12 in shipping to receive your order but $12-$14 each time to return your order was a bit disturbing. Also you never get a refund to your original form of payment. Its always a gift card. It was unpleasing! Fast forward..I have now learned they no longer have a number to contact customer service. You have to speak to someone through email. Sometimes we as customers need immediate assistance to move forward or plan accordingly. Eventhough the prices are sometimes overpriced for the products offered the sales kept me going. But this was my last straw. They no longer offer the option to exchange items. So i am out to spend more unnecessary money. Now they have changed there return location to California, shipping to return items there are $49 versus the previous $14. Thats crazy! Half of what i paid for the order. An order I will not get my money back for but only a gift card with a credit now I paid money for an order I need to find someone to gift to bc I refuse to pay $49 in shipping to return an item. I ordered the camouflage pants and I have never had a size chart that was so inaccurate. Based on the measurements the pants actually should have been to tight but when they came in I literally could fit a second person in the pants with me. I submitted a return request and was ok with receiving an exchange in a smaller size. I had to reach out to them to confirm they received my return almost two weeks later only to be told that my exchange item was no longer in stock and I would receive a store credit for less than what I paid for the original purchase along with the $11.99 that I had paid to send them back their item. The $11.99 was not refunded in the store credit so Iām not sure what will happen with that. This should not be this much of a hassle to purchase clothes with all of the technology we have today and the fact that they donāt issue an āactualā refund speaks volumes to me. They clearly know that their system is flawed and want to make sure the consumer suffers the loss which is so unfair. The qualify of the pants were acceptable but everything else about this experience was horrible!!...
