As seen from other reviews, customer service probably is a hit and miss depending on who’s on shift. When I came here once, (a month ago) only one guy was on shift. (From what I could see) I walk in expecting to be able to order as you normally would at Subways, the guy was hunched up sleeping in a chair in plain view. This was 3h before closing time, not sure what that was about. I said excuse me, to try and wake him up, (you shouldn’t have to do that at a restaurant right?) he didn’t wake up. I decided to just walk out and give up for the evening because I don’t want someone with such lack of care handling my food anyway.
Such a shame that eating out in the United States has generally shown me the poor quality services they offer. Expensive too! Plus tips are a must here when dining in. Worst experiences but most expensive and entitled by far compared to other countries. You just need to find the right places to go in addition to whoever is on shift. No such thing as consistent quality here in the States, excluding the rare good places. There are good people out there but the bad are seemingly more common and stick out!
I’ve just never seen people sleeping in plain view hence halting operations of the whole place anywhere else in the world....
Read moreI wish I could give them no stars.. This is the worst one I've been to and I will let you know exactly why. We entered from the back door and not an employee in sight. There were 2 bells to ring to alert someone there was a customer up front. I rang both. Still..nobody came. So I walked as if I came from the front entrance and low and behold there was the employee sitting down not doing a thing. She came up and did not apologize and proceeded to make our order. She looked very high and dazed and may have even been drunk. She moved slow and slurred her words. She burned the bread on one sub and had the nerve to ask what I wanted on it. I said I was not eating that burned bread. I kept having to repeat what I wanted on my orders. It was annoying. Side note,, They also had no tomatoes, mozzarella or Swiss cheese. Im like wow. That will be the last time I ever go in this location. I was very disappointed. That worker was a joke. She made me have a horrible...
Read moreWorst subway I’ve ever been to. Workers are disgusting and never wash their hands when they’re supposed to. Watched the workers go from touching cash to then using the same gloves and continuing to finish making people’s sandwiches. When the worker was about to touch mine I asked him to wash his hands and he left to the back area then came back acting like he washed his hands. Keep in mind there was a handsink right behind him that he didn’t use. Food was awful. My sandwich was a half-assembled mess and something is definitely wrong with the pickles because they tasted terrible. Also check your chips before you leave because some of them are way expired. I grabbed barbecue chips and noticed they tasted stale and weird and they were expired. If you want disgusting money handled sandwiches then welcome, this place is for you. Hope the health department is planning to come soon and watch...
