DESIGN MENSWEAR — Local services in Southfield

If I could rate my experience with this store less than zero, I would. I initially purchased shoes to wear to my sister's wedding in Cozemel. Shoes were purchased 8/26, 9/5, still, no shoes. I was given 2 rescheduled arrival times and finally I get an email & a picture (I have no idea what the picture is of). The email claim "Delivered" not to me they weren't. I went to UPS and was told to call a phone # which I was literally on hold for an hour, while I shopped for an alternative pair of shoes, which I never found. I filled out a claim online. I am catching a flight early am, still, no shoes. This store even makes it difficult to locate their phone number. Never again, that's been my experience with Design Menswear. Please, just refund my $. (That is the picture that UPS sent, claiming they delivered the shoes.) The box looks open and I have no idea where that is, it's...

Terrible customer service! Will never go back and I don’t recommend to anybody. The owner is rude, and talks to You have another store across the street (Sam’s Suit Factory), and they told me they didn’t have my size in the pants I was looking for. So, they directed me to your store, and you had my size, but the pants were more expensive. I simply asked why the pants cost more, and you said they didn’t—they were $49. I said, “Correct, but the other pants were $39,” and you replied, “Well, go somewhere else then.” I was willing to pay $10 more it wasn’t a big deal.
