I had never moved with professional movers before, although I had heard many horror stories. But I got a good feel from the moment they picked up the phone. Being the first one I contacted who did local, not long distance only, was a great start. When the crew arrived at 8:45 (original target time was between 8:30 and 9:00 so right on the money), things just kept getting better from there. The three guys, Max, Matt and JoJo, were professional, considerate and careful with everything. None were afraid to ask for clarification or direction, and all three were fabulous. They worked hard, and very were thorough; reassembling what they needed to disassemble, willing to accommodate us with placing items in their respective rooms, and insuring the furniture was right where we wanted it. I bought furniture at McCabes many times! Each time was a wonderful experience.. The sweet girl Jennifer that works there was so helpful and kind. She was very patient with my many questions . The furniture is of very good quality . I get many compliments on them . The movers are very kind also. Helped in any way they could when delivered the furniture. Today we hired 'POD' packers from McCabe moving and storage. The three men were courteous, neat and professional. They were swift to fill 2 Pods, keeping me informed on the progress throughout the morning. They finished in 2.5 hours.
