Walmart employees are clueless and unhelpful especially the Spanish one manager I brought a item I bought and lost receipt and they gave me a hard time and I asked for another manager and she called the manager above her and told them her side of the story. She then told me she couldn't give me store credit, which was what I was looking to get because I needed to buy something else unless I got her the exact date and time I bought the item so she could find the receipt and then she could give me the store credit which made no sense because I had paid cash the previous week so I would have to get cash back not store credit but she just wanted to give me a hard time. I told her to never mind I then left. But some of these managers aren't really there to help the customers if she was having a bad day dont take it out on the customer I wish I would have remembered her name. Forgot why I stopped visiting that store until I was there last week. Being the holiday season, I would of thought Wslmart would maybe not surpass but at least meet the stated goals the advertise on television. THREE employees walked by me as it was extremely obvious i needed assistance, then when the 4th started down my aisle, I said, "excuse me but can you answer: and before I even asked the question, she turned, yelled down the aisle to one of the emotes that just walked by me to "come and see if you can help this dude". That was an extremely rapid reminded why I stopped going there even for a candy bar. Walmart does not deserve ANYBODIES money. It's one of those throwback Walmart locations that have been slightly modernized here there whenever they got the chance but yeah if you have to go to Walmart closest to you in this is it however if you have in the Walmart Hopper there are larger locations not too far away this location staff is very friendly and very mom-and-pop like which does bring this location probably some of its more loyal business, go underrated and of course Walmart could definitely renovate this location and find it very lucrative because of its staff alone.
