I give it 3 stars because parking is just horrible here and people drive like absolute nutcase throughout the entire parking lot every time I visit. I'm not a slow driver by any means, but damn.. let me get into a spot, or better yet, let me get out! There definitely needs to be more Handicapped parking spots as well. I have seen people park in the PickUp spots and hang their Handicapped sign up. Same for having so many of those spots, but not more Handicapped! This place is consistently Out of many items. The last time I visited, I traveled here specifically to get Equate "Benadryl". On the site it said it was available. There were None. Again. This happened before with this and other products. I have a Walmart literally 3 minutes from my Apartment in Bristol, but it doesn't have all of the options that Southington has, or should have. I have also asked where products are in this store because it's very different from a few other ones that I frequent, and come across employees that speak absolutely No English at all. I know it's hard to find help these days, but maybe teach them that they Need to understand maybe basic food items, like Eggs... I was told to go 2 aisles from where I had asked this female employee where the eggs were and she sent me to frozen foods. Then I accidentally just found them, I had walked by them on my 1st pass down this aisle. Silly me lol. The other time I had asked where to find Tape and they had me go clear across the store and there was definitely No tape in that area. Your employees should also Know the store. Most people are very busy and are looking to get in, and get out quickly.. instead of having 3 people giggling and showing videos on their phone near the Exit, get them out on the floor and stick your shelves. Whoever is responsible for updating your site, needs training as well. One thing I'll say is they do have plenty of registers open, but I usually Self Scan anyway. It's just faster and no wait most...

Yesterday I went in the Walmart on Queen St to buy more work pants; which I usually do every 3 months there. I always use the Mens area Changing Rooms to try on different types of pants. It was disgusting once again.
3 months ago, every room had dust bunnies, ripped off tags, and lint balls in every corner. I first thought it was just a one time event due to staff shortage and Covid-19.
This time, it was the same in every room once again plus had dirt clogs too. I can't stand that even the cushion seats weren't cleaned off. The Sales Department Cashier for that area was talking to another coworker and showing her phone to each other. I realized it could have been a Handheld Zebra device too. What makes me upset was that she didn't take the time to go into my room and check it out first. Even more upset that she didn't check it out afterwards and clean it out.
What does it take to spend 5-10 minutes to sweep each corner of each room and to wipe down each cushion with Lysol (it is their Job); verses standing there chit-chatting with a coworker and showing off your phone.
We need to ask each of them before going inside, would you change your attire inside that...
Read moreMy and my fiance shop here around 4 times a week..crazy I know! We always joke around because most of the employees know us well from being there so often..they ask about our children..even our pets. Well we went in last night for a quick pickup of a prescription before the pharmacy closed. We figured we were already there and would look at some lights for our new truck. We grabbed some and went to pay. There was only 1 register open and the line was LONG. Normally that doesnt bother us but we were so tired, do we decided we would buy them elsewhere online. We put them in the large circle candy display in the center of the isle by the checkout and proceeded leave. On the way out we loudly hear" walmart security you need to come with me" we honestly had no idea what was happening. We were then accused of putting the lights on our pockets. In order to prove we did nothing wrong we had to walk back into the store..of course everyone was looking and show them that we put the lights away..infront of everyone waiting in line. How embarrassing! All we got was..oh sorry. Never going back! Apparently being a loyal customer spending hundreds a week...
