I visited the store about a week or two ago, and I had an unsettling experience with a staff member named Julia. While I understand the need for vigilance against theft, her behavior went too far; it felt as though she was following my mom and me around the store, creating a rather uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, I noticed that the lingerie seems to originate from the same factory as Shein, and many products appear to be sourced from Alibaba as well. Given this, I found the pricing to be quite high for what is essentially mass-produced merchandise. Moreover, several items, such as flavored lubes, seemed to be expired, and the selection of newer products was disappointing. I had genuinely hoped for a better experience here, but it seems that a complete rebranding and new management might be in order. While the other staff members were more pleasant, Julia’s behavior left a negative impression that overshadowed my visit.

They have a wide variety of things for women, but almost nothing for men. I asked one employee were to find underwear for men, she pointed me to inflatable dolls. I even showed her pictures of stuff I was looking for, and she again pointed me to the inflatable dolls!! She then tells me to stay there so we can have a more "intimate conversation". Really? I went and asked another employee about what I was looking for and she immediately pointed me in the right direction, although they had almost nothing at all. I told her I thought the other woman was high because of how she was acting, and she replied "oh, I know what she was doing" as though this happens all the time. I'm not returning, I'll do my shopping for stuff like that for myself and my wife online...

While the store has a great variety the staff is really unprofessional and will always try and upsell you instead of letting you just buy something . I also noticed the staff having their faces and noses uncovered a lot . I waited 10 min for a cashier because she was hanging out and talking w customers and the only other staff member in the back of the store . The whole situation made me uncomfortable and not want...
