I've been coming here for over 10 years. Food is amazing. It was my first hibachi experience and was our saving grace when my son was little, because he had a hard time going to restaurants so we mostly ate take out until we found hibachi. Now my son is 11 and Noble is his request for when it's his pick (and any of ours usually) for a restaurant. Worth the 30 min. Drive for us now that we're further away (and we have closer options). The hibachi experience has grown over the years here and you almost always have to have a reservation to sit for hibachi, when years ago we'd just walk in, it makes me so happy they're doing so well as a business. We usually do sit down dinner though because the turnover is fast and a wait is rare. I've sampled much of the menu over the years and there's still so much we haven't tried, and of course we have our go to favorites. Their bento boxes were my favorite treat if I was in the area for work and had to make a bank run, the chicken nagamaki and the shrimp tempura rolls are top notch. I highly recommend their California Tempura roll, it is their signature roll in my opinion. We havent had any sushi we didn't like though so everything is great. This past time we ordered california Tempura rolls, sweet potato rolls, and a shaggy dog roll. (their oyster rolls are also very good) we also got an order of shrimp tempura (I'm a sucker for yucca) and an order of chicken fried rice Their fried ice cream, especially the matcha is also a highly recommended item. But honestly you can't go wrong with any of their options.

We decided to take my wife for her birthday on the 5th June recently, choose Nobel Japanese Steak house. It was a big disappointing to us and my wife on her birthday.First of all the greeting walking in was cold and not generous. We decided to follow hsot to seat way back of restaurant. We ordered as per photo. We got a soup that was basically watertight a slice mushroom in it.A salad that was missing salad. Then came the main dish.We had 3 spoonfuls and the sodium contents in the meats.sauces.rice and noodles was really high.We could not consume the dish.we ask for it to take away. Now came to bill.3 dishes at 35dlrs.But the tip of 18% and already there was utterly ridiculous. The atmosphere was dull and dismal. The waitress was fast and did her job. While a man looked over her actions. We just wanted to leave there asap.We took the foods home apologized to my wife over and over. The food was thrown into garbage all $105.00 of it.We lost a lot of money that day.So to the owner.you need more coutesy.warmth.customer oriented training and well.Your food was sodium poisoned. We had HBP when got home and to lower our BP with just 3 spoonfuls?! One place we will not visit again.Am sure you can do better. Please lessen your sodium.I disappointed my wife birthday that day.

Nestled in the heart of the city, this restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience that stands out from the rest. The establishment is impeccably clean, setting a welcoming tone as soon as you step inside. The service is nothing short of stellar, with servers who are not only attentive but also exude friendliness, making every guest feel valued. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Hibachi, which was not only delectable but also a source of entertainment, providing a delightful and interactive experience. Complementing the meal were the expertly crafted drinks, adding a flavorful touch to the dining experience. The presence of the manager, who actively checked in on guests, added a refreshing and personal touch, ensuring that every aspect of the visit was up to par. Overall, this restaurant is a gem for those seeking delicious food, outstanding service, and a memorable night out.

I've tried going to Noble several times, always with inferior service, but last night was the last straw, and I will not be back.

We started the night off at the bar, and were taken excellent care of by Jaime. She was polite and friendly, while still giving us the space we needed to have a private conversation (something that can be difficult to accomplish at a bar!) She was prompt with our drink and appetizer orders, and our drinks were phenomenal. It was a little awkward, because the manager (owner?) was sitting at the bar, drinking an entire bottle of wine and smoking a very smelly vape pen, but we did our best to enjoy ourselves.

However, we moved to dining after our drinks, and it went downhill from there. The waitresses were rude and rushed us, even though there were plenty of open tables. Food was slow, and when asked about it, we were told to just wait longer. Food finally came, and halfway through our meal, the owner (manager?) John starts screaming at the bartender. The things he said were just awful, and no person should be subjected to that, let alone in front of a restaurant full of people. He told her to F off, that nobody liked her, and that she was bad at her job. Again, screaming these things in her face. We looked over at the commotion, and the poor girl's mouth was just hanging open. She finally calmed herself enough to say that if he had an issue with her behavior, he should've addressed it with her privately, and she would've done her best to fix whatever he had an issue with.

He told her to F off again, incredibly loudly, and that tonight would be her last night of work.

At this point, my sister and I asked for the check and promptly left, but not before witnessing John try to grab her arm. I was proud of her for standing up for herself and telling him not to ever touch her again... but seriously? Who hired this man?

Wish I could give Noble 0 stars. I have lost the tiny shred of respect I had for this place and will not...

Made reservations well in advance for a large party for my step daughters birthday. When we arrived it was clear that they had very badly overbooked for the night and their reservation system had fallen to peices. We waited a half hour to be seated and when we were they had part of our party sit at a different hibachi table with other people! Our party had to spend the night seperated. We then waited over an hour to even recieve our drinks. When the chef finally came out he seemed very tired and probably extremely over worked. There was no show and no excitement which was the entire reason for going. He then served everyone their meat but had none for me. We then had to ask where my share of the food was and he didn't even have any for me, we had to wait for another steak to be brought out to be cooked. After dinner I ordered some desert, but it never came out. They brought the bill out after another 20 minutes and I asked where my ice cream was and the waitress said she forgot! The only highlight of the night was the hostess who was not only very nice but continued to check on us throughout the night and try to help any way she could. I will definitely not be returning to this place. Very disappointing experience for my step daughters 10th...
