I've been going to Tracy since 2021, and I honestly don't know where my hair would be without her. When I first found her, my hair was in rough shape — thin, damaged, and breaking from a combination of losing my previous stylist during COVID and dealing with a health condition. Tracy didn't hesitate. She started by cutting off the damaged hair and then worked with me over time to completely revive it. Within about 9 months, my hair was full, shiny, and healthy again — something I hadn't seen in years.

Most recently, I had a hair disaster with a faulty heat tool that fried my hair. I was devastated. My hair was uneven, broken, and felt like straw. Tracy got me in right away and once again worked her magic. She managed to cut and layer it in a way that completely disguised the damage. You’d never know how bad it was — she knows her stuff and has an incredible eye for shape and detail.

I lost track of Tracy when she moved a few years ago. We recently reconnected and I am so happy for it. I had tried out another hair dresser (closer to my new home) who didn't know make me blonde without bleaching my hair. That person totally destroyed the health of my beautiful hair. (I've never had dry, brittle hair in my life!) In one visit, Tracy has gotten me back on track and my hair is already looking better. She has a plan to fully restore the health of my hair.
