Plank to Pike Pilates — Local services in Southside Place

This review is long overdue! I have done Pilates at different studios within the West University/Bellaire areas for years so when Plank to Pike opened up I purchased a class pack and gave them a try. I was hooked after 4 classes and decided to join as a member. BEST DECISION!

The studio has brand-new megaformers and is sparkling clean. They also have contrast therapy and a Himalayan salt sauna. So many little details the owners thought about when opening up the studio.......red light therapy, the disco ball, extra hair ties/deodorant in the restroom to name a few. All the instructors are super sweet and the pop/hip-hop playlist keeps you motivated during class.

The workouts are challenging which I love and every class is different so you will never get bored here! Great hours to meet every need. I cannot say enough good things, give it a try and see...

Well where do I start. First off as a man who would have guessed a Pilates studio would have been my toughest workout till this day. I have a classic short of being an athlete whose dreams got cut short due to knee injuries. Stepping into the Pilates studio for the first time was like entering a sanctuary of strength and serenity. The room exuded an aura of tranquility, with soft lighting and soothing music. As I began my session, the instructor's gentle guidance led me through movements that challenged both my body and mind. This is the HOTTEST new Pilates spot in Houston! I am absolutely in love with all of the instructors and their state of the art equipment! They even have a cold plunge AND an infrared sauna!! And all the workouts take place under red light therapy! They have thought of EVERYTHING! Seriously, if you want to be a part of a diverse community that strives to honor their mind, bodies, and souls, Plank to Pike is TOTALLY for you!!! You WONT be disappointed! I know I wasn’t.
