I have been coming for monthly hydrafacials/treatments for about 8 months now and I have to say, I am a believer!! Emily has been incredible- she has made well-informed recommendations and truly saved my skin. Not only is she super sweet and personable, she is clearly very knowledgeable and takes my history/treatment to date into account with each suggestion, so I know I am receiving individualized, tailored care. Since following her suggestions on boosters/additional at-home products and routine modifications, I have seen astronomical improvements; I feel like a different person entirely!

To be honest, I first came in as a last resort - I was frustrated with sensitive, reactive, dull, congested, acne-riddled skin that was an enormous source of insecurity and nothing seemed to be working. I was wasting hundreds, if not thousands, on new products that just weren’t working, or would cause a breakout. I was so hesitant starting treatments, not sure if they would be right for me, if they would make things worse, etc. (especially after already spending so much money trying things that hadn’t worked before). Emily assured me we would start gentle and slow, changing one thing at a time, until we found the right combination for me. I put my complete trust in her, and over the next few months, my skin transformed before my eyes - clear, smooth, and glowing. I still can’t believe it’s MY skin! Now, strangers stop me to ask about my skin routine in public, which I NEVER would have anticipated at this point last year.

Two stars for how nice they are, as I do not want to downplay the customer service was great from receptionist and Adriana. Why I didn’t rate more is because I am now experiencing some drooping from Daxxify after being treated by Adriana in the left brow/upper eyelid area. Have been getting injections for a few years now and have never experienced this before. I go on vacation in a couple days and it’s extremely inconvenient they’re closed Sunday & Monday… Hoping & praying to god that they can get me in Tuesday when they open and can help resolve this so I don’t have to look like this during vacation…

Update 9/30 Manager reached out and asked if I can either edit or delete my review. So here I am editing with the honest truth. Adrianna was kind enough to see me to offer some type of resolution after in person evaluation. Drove the hour and 15 minutes, through several tolls. We talked through some things she could do to try and fix the droop I am experiencing on the left side. I asked her to lift and add daxxify to the frontalis so it evened out with my other brow. She said she didn’t feel comfortable touching the frontalis area because I already didn’t have much movement there and offered to add 2 units at the tail end of my eyebrow. At that point, I knew it wasn’t going to fix the issue but ended up agreeing as I didn’t want to be difficult and just wanted to go home. She did add the 2 units free of charge which I really appreciated but.. I am still dealing with that extra skin in between my brow and eyelid basically drooping over...

If you want botox, filler, or any other injections in Houston, I highly recommend going to Zara! I found Zara by chance when she started working at a medspa I previously utilized for facials and injections, and she is by far the best injector I have ever had (and I’ve been getting botox for six years, across three different cities I’ve lived in, and have tried lip filler a couple of times as well). She is incredibly meticulous with her work, which is definitely what you want when someone is messing around with your face, and is SO knowledgeable. She also uses special techniques to optimize your comfort during injections. I have zero pain tolerance and her techniques made lip filler easy peasy (I was almost in tears the first time I got lip filler with a different injector).

Zara is so smart and so passionate about what she does, she always gives you all of the information possible before even a seemingly simple injection (like the Botox I’ve gotten for years in my 11s) and she can answer any question you may have. I also appreciate that she never tries to push products or oversell you on things you aren’t interested in to make a few extra bucks - she really just wants to make you look and feel your best! Also, she’s the SWEETEST person ever.
