Loved this place. The decor is so cute, inviting and clean. The bathroom is spotless and even has little things out for use (tampons, shelf of Bath and Body Works products to use). I came in to get lash extensions and the bed was like an actual bed you’d find in someone’s home. It was cutely decorated, super comfortable and even had a warmer on. It made it much easier to lay there for 2 hours compared to other places. I’ve had past experiences with lash extensions and each time I’ve gotten them I’ve gone crazy itching my eyes. I could feel the glue on my waterline and would end up ripping off the lash extensions in a week. I decided to give it one more shot and decided to come to Brazillianaire. I went to Hill, she was sweet, super personable and did a great job. I love my extensions and to my surprise they haven’t been itchy at all and I don’t feel any glue on my waterline. I’m very pleased with my extensions. The only super minor complaint is that I didn’t receive any after care instructions. I didn’t think about it at the time, but after I got home I realized, I forgot what I was supposed to do to clean them. Not anything major since I just looked it up on YouTube. The other thing was that the pricing list they sent me on social media was a bit confusing. So when I went in I thought I was paying a different price then I actually did. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Gia! She is, without a doubt, one of the sweetest and most professional individuals I’ve ever encountered. As someone getting a wax for the first time, I was initially a bit nervous, but Gia immediately put me at ease with her kind demeanor and thorough explanation of the process.

Her wit, charm, and incredible personality made the entire appointment feel less like a service and more like catching up with a close friend. We laughed and talked the entire time, which made the experience truly enjoyable. Gia’s knowledge and genuine care were evident throughout, and her sense of humor had me laughing from start to finish.

Not only did I leave feeling great about being hair-free, but I also felt lucky to have met someone so innovative, intelligent, and personable. I scheduled an appointment at 3:00pm for the next day at 12:30pm. I’m not familiar with the geography in Utah and I thought the studio was located in American Fork. So when I went to see the location after the booking and I realized that was way far from what I thought I immediately sent an email to cancel the appointment. I received the email back saying that I didn’t cancel with 24h and I would be charged anyways. I tried to explain even if I wanted to cancel before 24h I couldn’t because my appointment was for the next day at 2:30pm. I didn’t get any response. The full value was charged from my account. I called them and I tried to explain the lady said the manager wasn’t there but she would get back to me on Tuesday. I sent another email and no response.
