Went there 5/12/2023 to pick flowers for my friend. His wife is graduating today and he wanted to surprise her While at the store I’m making a video call to said friend and we are discussing what to get. No customers at the store.

The owner came out of the back to tell me they had “nothing for me” I told her I see a lot of stuff here She said “we are busy and you are being rude you gotta go I got nothing for you, GOO GOO GOOOOO”

I asked her if I was being rude or offensive somehow. She couldn’t explain

I asked if it’s because the way I look or because I was talking in Spanish ? She couldn’t explain but approached me briskly and I left the store

Hate to see small business like this which locals support not be so welcoming to everyone.

(6/5/2023 this is to respond to the owners comment: I was never rude to the counter lady, she asked if she could help, I told her to give me a minute to show my friend her limited options because they weren’t taking request and I could only buy what was on display. Mother’s Day weekend that’s understandable. The lady then asked again and I told her I wasn’t done with the video call yet I was still showing my friend his option and prices. Then the owner came and kicked me out. There was no other customer at the store. You could have come and say, excuse me sir, can I help you ? Is there a misunderstanding ? You came out blazing and kicked me out. How can I have been rude to her if I was still on a video call ? I barely talked to her. Either way you were very unprofessional but congratulations!! You had a great weekend and people will still come. Don’t own any of it. I just took my business elsewhere it’s not a big deal. You are never wrong neither even cared to know or ask me what happened. GREAT WAY TO DO...

I called from out of state, but my sister now lives here. Turns out that not many places deliver on Sat so my options were limited. I called first thing in the morning and spoke to the sweetest girl! She took the time to write down all the details of what I wanted because she wanted to make sure it was right, which I appreciated!

But when my sister received her order, it was not at all what I was hoping for. I'm a florist myself so I understand that the designer's choice is whatever the florist sees fit..... I guess I just have different taste then because the arrangement I got does not look like $125! ($150 after tax and delivery fee) Besides the design itself, these are the things I can't justify: some of the roses arrived blown and one is even losing petals, I asked for big and tall and there is more vase than there are flowers above it, I asked for no gerbers/babies breath/hydrangea (which there were none but I thought that made my point about using more expensive flowers) but I got blue dyed carnations and lime green mums and just one sunflower, and a huge amount of greenery that looks to be more apart of the design than just a base for the flowers.

When it comes down to it, my sister said she liked them so I guess at the end of the day, that's what matters. However, as the sender, I wanted something nice and big and expensive looking (I referenced the size of the dozen roses on their website) and I feel like I got a grocery store bundle. I get that the design isn't what I would have picked, but several technical flaws made me decide I won't be ordering from this store...

I recently placed an online order through FTD, Amy's Flowers processed and carried out the order. I chose a beautiful arrangement, and was very excited for my grandmother (who had just had surgery) to get them. Upon receiving the delivery confirmation, I checked to see if the flowers had arrived, but was told that the flowers never made it. I assumed that maybe they were left in the wrong location, so the nurses began looking for them. It turns out that not only was I sent a false delivery confirmation, but the nurses in the hospital wasted their time looking for the missing flowers, instead of doing their very important jobs. The next day I was told that "something" happened and they were not delivered like they were supposed to be. The flowers ended up getting delivered later that day, and they looked like something that had been dug out of a garbage can. They looked absolutely NOTHING like what I ordered. I am extremely upset with the lack of quality that went into the production and delivery of my order. Giving this a one star review is more than what...
