I’m so glad I took a chance on Shultz Creations! I’ve worn the same cross necklace every day for 25 years, and when the loop broke right before I had to travel for the holidays, I was panicked. My cross is like a security blanket for me—I didn’t want to leave without it.

Conveniently located in the Smith’s shopping center, I decided to give Shultz a try, and couldn’t be happier I did. The team was so kind and understanding. They initially estimated about a week to fix it, but when I explained how much the cross meant to me and that I didn’t want to travel without it, they worked their magic and were able to have my cross ready before travel 🥹. Not only did they repair the loop, but they also cleaned and restored my poor, crusty old cross to a condition I didn’t even think was possible—it looks better than ever!
