So I go to Dutch bros ritually literally every day of my life I go to every location because I drive a lot and like to check out different spots with that said I have been coming to this location everyday for about 2 weeks now and the service and drinks are so well made I drive over from Reno butttttttt unfortunately today I ran into a very mean mean girl named (Celina) who hesitated to give me her name I only order one of 2 drinks that are my usuals and Iām probably known as the sugar free lady because my drinks are always sugar free anyhow since I go to every location I notice the manager here is EXTREMELY sweet and so on top of things that she makes it a pleasure to come and pick up my coffee so she happens to not be here today which is sad she canāt even relax without having a -10 star employee working in her place and I unfortunately had to get Selena at the window so check this out she had no care to go over my drink order with me and made sure to be super awkward and rude she could care less about telling me to have a nice day or even saying hello so when I got to the window I said good morning would you mind if I could have a side of chocolate sauce she literally flipped out and told me she doesnāt know who I think I am because I have to pay that I sound crazy asking for a side of sugar free chocolate drizzle I told her Iām a regular at Dutch Bros and have never been asked why Iām asking for a side of any sauce drizzle I also ask for caramel on the side because I love sauce? So I was so confused and annoyed with how angry this girl approached the situation she refused to give me a side of chocolate unless I paid and I always before have asked the workers taking my order that I would like to order a side of chocolate or caramel sauce and they immediately tell me to just pull up and ask the workers at the window so today the crew this morning was super not the nicest or even took my drink order correctly the girl said she doesnāt know how to input my drink order so it was super frustrating from the start but I really love the manager and many other workers have had not a single problem with my drinks or how to type them in or with me asking for a side of something itās just a drizzle sauce?? Chill out so this girl had the nerve to tell me she is going to speak with her manager I said I need your name so I can leave a review about this horrible experience and I will also speak to your manager because itās not about paying for a side itās about your attitude and the way I was treated plus she is the ONLY incompetent worker in all 4 locations that I go to in Reno and in sparks that has been like the worst employee with the worst experience like zero stars I have never been so dissatisfied and disappointed with the way this worker treated me and to be a regular she just had me so ticked off that I probably wrote a story and had to vent somewhere I donāt even like reviewing but she needs to...

Today around 10:45AM, my wife and I had our order taken by Celina (or Selena) who directed us that our order would be behind a specific vehicle in the other drive through lane. Once we approached the location where the two lanes begin to merge and get behind the vehicle we were directed to get behind, the Kia Soul behind that vehicle began to hug it. I tried to wave and hail the driver, but he refused to make eye contact. He forced his way in, nearly hitting my vehicle despite my honks.
I had to exit my vehicle to flag down the Dutch Bros employees outside and inform them that the man in front cut us off and almost hit our vehicle. They acknowledged that the man was directed to be behind my vehicle and asked if I would like to speak with a manager, to which I accepted. The manager immediately came out, apologized, and offered us two free drinks. While I was engaging the manager, the man received his beverage, drove through the parking lot within roughly 20 feet of my vehicle, promptly presenting my wife and I the middle finger and giving us ācheerā with his drink. The manager directed me to pull to the drive through window, again apologized, scanned my Dutch Bros app QR code to load two free drinks for next time, and handed my wife and I our order.
Will there be a next time? You tell me.
Shortly after the incident, my wife and I reached out to corporate through the Dutch Bros websiteās āChat Supportā to lodge a complaint about the incident. We described the incident, to which a Dutch Bros employee by the name of Cass (obvious AI bot) responded: most of our shops use a zig-zag or āline-mergingā technique that helps to adjust both lines getting shorter, ultimately helping to reduce cars getting backed up into traffic and ensuring customer safety. We completely understand your frustration and will do our best to resolve your concern.
Iām going to cut this short. Because no real solution was offered to solve the core problem, this same man will return and do it to other customers due to his behavior being rewarded.
There currently exists a danger to customersā safety and personal property at this Dutch Bros location. This man came extremely close to hitting my vehicle. I know Dutch Bros has cameras for liability purposes. Corporate should secure and review the footage and use it to implement policies that mitigate this clear and present danger.
Be careful...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI pulled into the drive-thru around 9:50 PM, a full 10 minutes before closing. Two other cars pulled in at the exact same time as me, and while both of them were served, I was told by an employee who said his name was āMasterā that they werenāt taking any more orders. He clearly decided not to take my order at all, even though there was still time and no one behind me.
I asked to speak to a manager, and he said the manager would just tell me the same thing. When I pulled up to the window, an employee named Jaylin started mocking me and laughing in my face. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.
Eventually, they offered me two free drinks to make up for itābut I never received anything on the Dutch app. So not only was I disrespected, but the so-called apology was never followed through.
When I asked again to speak to a manager, they pointed to a guy with glasses who said he was the manager, but he completely ignored me. He acknowledged my presence, saw that I was clearly upset, and still chose not to speak with me after I asked multiple times.
What makes this even more disappointing is that Iām a regular customerāI come here almost every dayāand Iāve never experienced anything like this before. Itās honestly upsetting that I have to drive all the way to Reno just to feel welcomed when I live right around the corner from...
