The Human Bean — Restaurant in Sparks

I have tried this location numerous times due to it being the closest to my home. Unfortunately the service is continuously lack luster. Today was about the 10th time I have waited 5+ minutes for the employees to finish a personal conversation with the customer in front of me, just to simply take their order, then another wait for them to make their coffee and continue their lengthy convo. While I appreciate friendliness, this is a DRIVE through so I don’t often anticipate a 10+ minute wait when there is only one car in front of me. (And there was clearly no mistake made)

When I kindly expressed this to the girl working I was told I could “use the other line” as if that would have prompted her to cut her conversation short and actually allow me to order. I love their drinks and would rather support small, however this type of wait/ service when the location isn’t busy seems excessive. Unfortunately I don’t have 20+ minutes a day to wait for a coffee from a DRIVE through, if I did I would simply go sit at a coffee shop with a less sassy...

This has to be the best chain coffee places to get coffee. I just wish you could order your coffee online, but it's not the end of the world. I totally recommend only getting coffee here. Dutch brother is just a waste of so-called coffee. Starbucks is just awful in every way, but if you like your coffee tasting burnt, this is the coffee place for you, but if you actually love coffee, you should come here. I love this coffee place. I go 5 times a week. They have an amazing selection of different coffees and other drinks. Its crazy that they are reasonably-priced. Besides the delicious coffee, what can you say about the ladies who work here. I usually love Human Bean. I usually support it when ever I can and am always suggesting it. However today me and my family are largely disappointed. I ordered extra shots of espresso in 3 different drinks and paid for it, without reviving it. I was charged for extra caramel drizzle in the cup for 3 different drinks and didn't get it in one. Even the shake had the wrong milk in it. That's 4 drinks and none done right. I understand that this morning they were busy, so I was happy wait however long needed to get my drinks that we were looking forward to. Now I'm not even sure we're going to finish the drinks, and am upset I even spent the money. I hope as the employees train more it gets better. But until then I'm going to have...
