Mail Box Center — Local services in Spokane Valley

Never in my life have I heard of or encountered a more rude, disrespectful, emotionally abusive or flat out unprofessional store owner. Karen (the owner) treated a widow with two young children in her store with such disrespect and disgrace that I am beyond in shock. This mother I know well and is highly respected in the Spokane Community and loved by all who know her because of her servants heart. Karen may feel she has the right to mistreat adults and children alike because she is the only store nearby to offer certain services, however she should keep in mind that not only does God see the way she berated a struggling mother but these are the days of social media where your poor behavior and abusive attitude do not always stay a secret.. My guess is she also has a hard time maintaining long-term employees or many friendships for that matter.. I may go into more detail later, but for now, I'd advise anyone to stay as far away from this store or women that you possibly can. I have gone into the Mail Box center multiple times now for different reasons each time. One was to get our passports renewed, another was to ship some items I had and another to shop around their gift store once I saw their cute gift shop. (Which by the way is filled with a lot of local businesses products!) Everyone was attentive, friendly and kind and made what I needed done quick, easy, and hassle free! I highly recommend using the Mail Box Center! I live 35 minutes away and will drive that distance compared to going somewhere close, because I get great service and it's run and owned by a family in Spokane, so it's supporting a local small business! Had a box here for 6 months and I tried to switch back to a normal mail box I've filled out a change of address form 5 times on paper and done it 3 times online and I still haven't gotten any mail. Mailbox center says I need to talk to the post office and the post office says I need to talk to mailbox center. I haven't had any mail in over a month and all my mail is being sent back as un deliverable My drivers license never got delivered my truck payment never got delivered as well as a bunch of other important documents.
