Extremely disappointed. Always order from Argonne location. We get the same thing every time. I got an offer in my email and we decided to take advantage of it. I had to download the app and that wasnât a big deal. Unfortunately, I couldnât figure out how to add notes to the order, so I called after placing it. With 3 kids and two adults in the household, we always have things placed on the side, so that the kids can make their pizza the way they want it. It keeps everybody happy. They have done it for me every time I have ordered and when I called to talk to them last night, whomever I spoke to - said they would make sure it happens. I showed up and we didnât have our sides. If I pay for a medium 2 topping pizza, with the 2 toppings on the side, thatâs what I expect to get. I told the guy that I called in and whom i talked to, said it would happen. I was told that âwell, you didnât talk to me.â I donât give a $&!@ whom I talked to. I was told it would happen. I even showed him my phone, to prove that I had called. He said it was against company policy to put raw ingredient on the side. Ok, that makes sense. I can handle that. However, if that is the case, why have you done it for me every single time I have ordered from you? No I donât want the jalapenos. I want what I was told I would get. Instead of offering me half of what you told me I would receive, either give me my money back for that pizza, or do what you said you would to begin with. No effort to rectify the situation and now I will be taking our business elsewhere. Learn how to deal with the consumer, rectify the situation, and make an effort to apologize.    Read morePlaced a $50 order wasn't delivered the first time even though the app said it was (probably couldn't find my address) so I call back to reorder and have them bring it a second time. Takes over an hour and three phone calls because they gave their delivery driver some weird address that isn't even tied to ANYWHERE I've ever lived but he finally finds me which isn't a big deal, I know my complex is confusing and I forgot to write written instructions. This time however I only receive half my items...I'm told they don't give refunds only credit which is also fine...all I wanted was my food because it was now 11:00 at night and they're closed and I'm tired and I placed my first order at 9:30 so I'm really just tired...they gave me a free brownie but forgot my whole half of my remade order. I'm very understanding and patient I tip the driver through the app as well as what little cash I had on me. The employees handling my order were very nice and apologetic but when I call back to speak to the manager he has a tone like he hates his damn life and can't believe I'm even calling back to get the things I literally PAID FOR they also forgot to say that they forgot my jalapeno bites so now IM looking like the liar trying to get "free" stuff when I'm actually just cashing in on what I ALREADY paid for....oh and then there's the added delivery fee for delivering said forgotten items that WAS NOT MY FAULT so why I'm paying the fee again I have no clue but I digress...needless to say the employees working there are great....honest mistake, were only human....BUT when I call you and give YOU THE OPPORTUNITY to make it right and you have a dismissive tone on the phone THATS where we're gonna have an issue so I'll Literally order from little caesars before I'll ever order from...
   Read moreI've never had Papa John's before and decided to use my gift card that I received about 3-4 years ago. I called to check the balance before I went and it said I had $10. I put in an order and went to pick up and pay and the worker said the other girl had made the wrong size pizza so they were remaking it. We then tried to pay with the gift card and after she did the gift card she threw it away and we were going to continue to the second payment. She said something went wrong with the screen and apologized because it's happened before. She then tried again and then had to go get an older lady to help her. The older lady tried and then told me she couldn't do anything because it was $0 balance. I told her that I checked before I came and it was $10 balance. She said she couldn't do anything. She said she didn't know where I purchased the gift card from they don't have cards and I said I received it from a franchise owner a while back and she said well it must have been like 5 years ago. On the gift card it says that the value never expires. Even the first employee that helped me had said it's happened before. I didn't understand. So I walked out. When I got home, I called the to check the gift card balance again and it said $0. I then spoke with their customer service that said the balance is $0 because $10 was transaction was used today. I asked if he can pin point it to the store it was used at and he gave me this store number! So I called this store back and she said her boss said she can't do anything about it. They can't refund, they can't do anything. They said maybe the call center will be able to do that kind of stuff. They were obviously able to take the $10, but was not able to give me the credit for my order. So...
