Always friendly. Always efficient. Always delicious.
What I appreciate most: staff was always just as polite and service-oriented to this (until recently) homeless guy who rarely for the last decade had the money for this luxury, but who just sometimes needed some iced or hot water in my bottle or thermos.
There are a distressing number of local & national businesses where āsometimes with money in hand + a few places I used to spend money regularly back in the days when I never had to worry about moneyā I, myself, have been (& have also seen friends be) treated belittlingly, made to feel inferior.
Over the course of 9 years living "unhoused" I have experienced being treated the following ways: ⢠blatantly ignored, ⢠charged more than others, ⢠kept waiting longer than others (sometimes they came in after me), & ⢠otherwise openly insulted or even physically attacked. (I am, for the record quite visibly handicapped. Lost both feet to frostbite 2nd winter outdoors. Some of this happened while I was in a wheelchair. I doubt I'm the only one with such stories.)
My partner & I were even once, at a downtown fast food place, where we paid almost $20 (for what for us was usually a rare treat) literally served refuse of of their garbage can instead of the food we ordered.
Anyway, getting back to the point, I have experienced way, way, way more kindness than otherwise. For every act of rudeness, I've had a score of touchingly thoughtful gestures. For every look of disdain or derision, they've been a dozen "good mornings" or "God bless yous".
& Most importantly, for every time I have ever gone to any Dutch Bros. anytime for any reason there i have never once in any way been treated with anything other than the highest level of service, as if I were the most valuable customer ever.
That is a human kindness that words can barely begin to express my gratitude for. Anytime that I am ever able to purchase a coffee beverage for myself, I will only choose Dutch Bros.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI donāt know where to begin. I have gone to this stand for YEARS. I have always loved it and had a great experience. usually when I go have my regular gals, the black girl and short blonde that tend to be on shift always make my drink taste better than the time before, they make conversation and tend to be very personable. but the new guy, micheal I believe, who acts like he's in charge always messes up my drink and does nothing to fix it. he never treats me with respect as if iām not a person and is really rude and slow. coming through a different time, not expecting him, he called me love and it made me very uncomfortable and the whole experience turned out to be really weird. I donāt want to put myself in this situation again, I will not be returning unless...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used to love DB coffee, but since venturing out to other spots, and removing sugar from my coffee drinks, DB espresso is extremely bitter compared to other places. The other thing that bugs me is the locations they choose, are hazardous to drivers and pedestrians. They need bigger lots.
Dear replier: Why would you take the time to reply and ask ME to share that info with your feedback site? Aren't we BOTH already her? Do your employer a solid (and give them added value for employing you) and pass it along. Less effort for you than for me. Your one job vs me doing something twice. Get the idea? Just grab the review link and put it in that site you shared and boom you're...
