Very dis respectful. Bought a gasket sealer from a location in a different state. Did not use it because we heard it doesnāt work and with the amount of money we paid for it we decided we did not want to waste our money on it. So we brought it back to this absolutely horrible location!! The manager is rude and has no since in customer service. Allows her employees to be absolutely disrespectful to my spouse. Once they took back the item they went to the back and opened the bottle in which was the same condition as we bought it. After opening the bottle in the back and dumped out the liquid in it to find out that we had been ripped off because there was water in it. ( I mean come on how am I supposed to trust that they didnāt put the water in it Especially after the way you treat people.) they then decided to come out in front of everyone yelling at my husband who has PTSD and social anxiety. (Thanks for making it worst). Instead of asking they accused him of doing it but yet the bottle was sealed when he bought it to them. I then called to speak to the manager and then she was rude rude rude!! To anyone who goes here watch out if you are having a good day they will ruin it!! This place needs new employees and management cause they are running...

My girlfriend went to O'Reilly as her battery was dead and wouldn't hold a charge (we had jumped it and drove it many times and when it sat it would be dead again). Had heard the friendly commercials talking about how they will happily check your battery and replace it for you if it is needed. Reality was the exact opposite Person who helped her made it very clear by his attitude and demeanor that he wanted nothing to do with it. Tested the battery while the engine was running and said it was fine and just drive it for four hours. Had more to say about the dirty appearance of the engine bay than being helpful. Finally offered to put a new battery in which is what was being asked. He then disappears for 20 minutes before re-appearing and begrudgingly installing new battery.
