Ordered pizza last night from here and got cheese bread for free with the large pizza. My husband paid to add pepperoni to the cheese bread. Upon arrival of our pizza the delivery driver had to call to find our home (never had this problem with other pizza places). Not even a couple minutes after explaining to the driver which house was ours, I opened the door to see that he had already placed our order on the ground in front of the door (contact delivery is a thing again). The driver picked up our order and handed it to me. We looked over our order and noticed that the cheese bread did not have any pepperoni on it. I immediately called the store and Frank answered the phone. I explained to him that there was a mess up with our order and would like them to remake and send the right one out. Frank told me it would be about 45 mins (it was 8:05 pm when I called). Our family ate our dinner minus the cheese bread while waiting. At 8:58 pm I called again and again Frank answered the phone. I asked him where our replacement cheese bread with pepperoni was because it had been past the 45 mins he told me. Frank told me after speaking to his boss they decided to give us a 30% discount on our next order. Frank hung up the phone on me when I was letting my husband know what they were trying to give us instead of the replacement. We never received a call from this place to let us know of the change from replacement to 30% off our next order. We called back (9:00 pm) to find out how they would know for our next order that we are to get a 30% discount. My husband spoke with Frank this time who seemed annoyed with my husband for asking these questions (we have been told in the past by multiple companies that mess up our order that they will compensate our next order and never do). My husband asked for Franks name which he seemed to not want to give to my husband but in return asked for my husbands name. My husband asked him again and finally he gave his name to my husband. Frank also told my husband that they will no long do business with us and hung the phone up. My husband called back (9:03 pm) and Frank answered again and told my husband that they would send out a new cheese bread. At 9:19 pm the delivery driver showed up with our replacement. This company has one employee that we know of that has very s*ty customer service skills. Though the food was good I do not think I will ever order from this place again. I read reviews from this company and a lot of other customers have similar issues with them. They seem to hire people with...
Read moreI usually get dominoes these days cuz it's cheap. But it was my birthday, and I used to love Pizza Pipeline. I ordered an x-large pizza online, opted for contactless delivery, and left instructions(up the driveway, table outside door, ring doorbell). 2 hours later I call to see if it's still coming. They tell me it's been delivered, an hour ago. We eventually realize it's on the ground outside a door we don't use with a broken doorbell, very cold. Would I like a new one tonight or a credit for it later? I'm tired, I take the credit. 3 hours later, I'm in bed, and a delivery guy calls and says he's outside with my pizza and no one is answering the door. I'm confused but I get up to answer the door and we eventually work out that he is at a whole other address that they attached my phone number to. I don't blame the delivery guy. 1 week later I call to claim my fresh hot pizza, and add some tricky stix and try my first "sweetza". Almost 2 hours later, they call me and ask if I ordered for delivery because they had labelled it carry out and it was just sitting around all this time. Would I like them to REMAKE it and send it out? YES PLEASE. 15 minutes later, it was at my door. Sad and shriveled and far from fresh. Very disappointing. I don't think I will order...
Read moreIt's not the site-workers' faults, but don't believe anything that their website says!.. the pizza i got was way more expensive than the website said, and the entity said that they were giving me both orderring-online and store discounts. Some of their pizzas don't even shoe up on the orderring options, and there was this weird checkout button talking about me paying even less than the other place on the same page had said.
In short, decide what you're willing to pay for what you're orderring, maximum so that when you call to ask them what it will be you can decide accordingly.
The spicy chicken fingers pizza was very yummy, although not at all spicy, and not exceptionally toppingful. .. the chicken seems so soft that it's as if it might actually be deep fried tofu or just extra processed its self, but. .. it's nice that way.
For me, the people in the store were nice enough to make up for the online nonsense. .. , but the pizza /was/ hella expensive compared with bigger pizzas with more on them from other places, all the same. (I think. .. i'm used to take&bake-ing, so.. maybe it's apples to oranges.)
[Months later: i do have a yummy memory of an enormous vegetarian PP pizza with tomato on every slice, from over a...
