I stumbled upon Rich and Spring Grove Cabinetry based on a random social media comment from someone I did not even know, and it was the best stumble of my entire remodel experience. Rich is so easy, fun, pleasant and comfortable to work with. We shopped around before making a decision and thought that Rich’s offering for a new kitchen for my parents was a great balance of quality, features we were looking for and price. And no less important - Rich is very honest, incredibly meticulous, knowledgeable and responsive through the entire process. Very quick turnaround times for plans and pricing, and any questions we had from beginning to end. He always stayed in touch, always kept us informed, always showed up (and on time) when he said he will and always did what he said he will. Rich is very organized and always on top of everything that is happening now and will be happening down the line. With his attention to detail, he kept the project going, coordinating and anticipating next steps, and making sure we were prepared with materials and timely decisions. He gave us great advice on maximizing the condo kitchen space by increasing island storage, and also regarding village permits and saved us lots of money. Rich is the contractor all other contractors should blueprint from. From Rich, you can expect prompt and on time visits ( right down to the minute) and excellent communications. Using software, he will come up with ideas or use your own to visualize the concept and produce the drawings necessary to complete the project. His workmanship and honesty is second to none. Our story, I wanted a contractor to come in and complete our kitchen and master bath project while we wintered in Florida. I wanted to just "get it done" with no worry. We gave Rich the codes to the house and let him have at it. From demo, to scheduling and working with other subcontractors, to the finished product, this project was executed seamlessly. Daily he would call me and send pictures or Facetime me as the project progressed. Good luck trying to get that from contractors, and I have used many in my lifetime!! Rich will be courtesy to your home and is neat and tidy. Best of all, we came home to a brand new kitchen and revamped master bath vanity's and countertops. Perfect and clean!! We were planning an addition with an expanded and re-designed kitchen, and were referred to Spring Grove Cabinetry by our Architect. We found that Rich had complete command of the two most important aspects of our project; design and professional installation. He worked with our original ideas, laid out several options and showed us dozens of completed kitchens and styles on a big screen. He compiled these with our layout and design and produced drawings in 3D computer generated images of all elevations and views. Any changes in components were sent to us for review and were quickly made. This made it very easy to get a real view of what things would finally look like. The cabinet selections were premium quality with many up-to-date features and hardware. Rich made multiple visits to our house to work with our General Contractor and confirming that all things were on target. We were particularly impressed with the installation.
