Early's Honey Stand — Local services in Spring Hill

WORST COMPANY I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH, EVER!

I have been waiting on orders to be delivered from Earlys siNce December 18, 2024. I placed six orders that day, I have been a customer of Earlys for over 10 years and this has to be the WORST customer service I have ever received . I have called many times (16) to be exact with no answer or leave a message capability. The recording states please email us for quick service. I've emailed them numerous times. I am very persistent with trying to get resolution on my orders. Four of my orders were delivered within 15 days, which is not what they state their order time is on their site, which is 7 days. That's no problem either, I was just glad those orders finally arrived. I wasted so much time jwith the back and forth calling with no answers and the emailing with so many EXCUSES. Like I said, I was ust trying to get those orders delivered and finally. Now I still have 2 orders since 18 December 2024 that are still messed up. One there is no answer from Earlys is to where it is or whe. They may receive it. Now a small fact is that this order they still have not delivered since Dec 18, now 27 days, is exactly 3.5 miles spart, about 6minutes a d they still cannot get this simple order there. That's one of the still not delivered orders. The other order to complete the six orders is in Mesa, Arizona. That order did arrive on 7 January. It took from the day it left Earlys on 26 Dec, even though I ordered it on 18 December, it finally departed Earlys on 26 December....9 DAYS later. It arrived in Mesa, AZ on 7 January. The sausage was ruined, 13 days old. So all I did was email Earlys immediately and requested that they send another sausage. That's all I requested. That was a week ago and I have still not heard from anyone at Earlyss. This is so UNACCEPTABLE! This is where customer service is going, I have been treated pathetic. Remember I paid for all this on December 18, 2024 with orders and service still not fulfilled. Do not do business with Earlys, you will regret it and you will never be able to...

I love Early’s. The hams, bacon, sausage, honey, and jams are all top notch. I have purchased all for myself and for gifts.I was lucky enough to get a 3 year old ham last fall! And the customer service is excellent. It makes me sad that some give 1-star reviews for things like “high fructose corn syrup” when the ingredient in the jam is just “corn syrup.” They are not the same! Or the ham is “too salty.” Country ham IS salty. If you don’t want that, go the grocery store and get city ham. I wish I could give 10 stars. I am happy to support such a fine...
