We bought 3 trees from here about a month ago. We also bought 1 of the same type at Loweâs (for half the price). I called them back to be sure how to plant them. Weâve kept them watered all the same. The 3 I bought from Spring Hill garden center are looking horrible. I went by to ask about this and see if they died if there was anything they would do to compensate. There was an older guy that greeted me and as I was showing him the pictures and telling him, he was extremely rude. He then went to get a younger guy who was asking questions and trying to understand. The whole time the older guy was shaking his head and making rude comments. I stated that if Iâd known I would not have bought them. They were expensive, twice the price of the other one, so I would assume they would make good on their products. I stated fine but I wouldnât be buying from them anymore and stated to the older guy that there was no need to be rude. He was then even ruder and disrespectful. I will not be going back and suggest if you buy from them, know what youâre getting and donât expect any help if it doesnât work out. I was just trying to get some sort of answer, but there is no excuse to be treated rudely and disrespected. Maybe this guy shouldnât be in...
Read moreMy husband and I have a tradition of buying a tree for our anniversary which was yesterday. We showed up in the late afternoon and found a magnolia we wanted. After initially being told it could be delivered in a few days (totally understandable), the man who helped us (I really wish I remembered your name!) made it happen within an hour and a half. If it was because of our Anniversary, we thank you dearly. That is the kind of customer service and kindness many places are missing. Not because we got what we wanted, but because the guy just cared. Maybe it was just convenient to get it to us yesterday, but either way...Will be going back for trees to come. By the way, the dipladenia we bought at the beginning of summer is vining great and doing well. So is my spider plant. Thanks for the quality and service. 1 star for us for not remembering to tip when the tree was...
Read moreI recently spoke with Ryan, Eric and Nancy at Spring Hill Garden Center about buying several evergreen shrubs for planting in my backyard around my paver patio. They carefully guided and educated me about which shrubs would struggle, and which would thrive during this summer's heatwave. I sincerely appreciated their consultation with me as I only want to plant once, not have shrubs die that cannot survive this heat.
I also engaged their labor services to deliver, dig the holes, plant the shrubs and cover the beds with mulch. I found their prices to be very reasonable, and they did a great job.
If you are looking for a great local, family-owned company for your landscape services, I strongly encourage you to stop by the Spring Hill Garden Center. You will be happy...
