Old Navy — Local services in Spring Hill

Came in right after opening on a Wednesday morning and the dressing rooms and restroom were disgusting. The dressing room looked like it hadn’t been swept / mopped in at least a couple weeks: bits of hangers, plastic, stickers, etc all over the floor. Finger smudges on the mirror. I was shopping with my two small children and told them not to touch anything because it all looked so gross. It was worse than Goodwill. The restroom was even worse. To avoid being graphic I’ll just say the toilet clearly had not been cleaned in at least a week, probably more. The floor was nasty. The sink was gross. It was quite troubling to take my toddler in there to use the restroom because it was so beyond unsanitary.

Not to mention the clearance section was a straight up disaster. Impossible to find anything with clothes all over the floor and crammed onto the racks like no one cares. Again, I came in the store around 10:15 so it was obvious no one had done any kind of tidying / cleaning between close and open.

The front of the store looks put together but the back is atrocious. I was so grossed out by the dressing rooms and putting my clothes on a bench that obviously had not been sanitized in who knows how long that I came home and changed my clothes.

I’m a mom of small children and this was my first time shopping for myself for new clothes in over a year. The utter uncleanliness alone made it such a dreadful experience. Shopping with small children is not easy but things like clean common areas can help make it a little more pleasant. I will not be coming back to this location. If the employees do not care enough about the dressing rooms and restrooms to clean them at least on a nightly basis then it leaves me wondering what else they don’t...

The store itself was nice and new. Compared to a mall store it was very organized. However, the staff in the store were less than helpful. They were advertising $10 jeans. When we ask an employee what jeans were$10 we were told to find what we liked then take them to the check out counter to check the price. He did not know the price of anything or how to find it. However, there were about 12 people in line. That's a long time to wait for a price check. Also, the price check kiosk was down. Not my best experience...

I told the cashier my dress had threads coming out of it, and she says to her manager “I mean it’s kinda messed up a little do you wanna come look.” The manager walks over and the ONLY thing she says to me is “yeah I’m gonna go ahead and say no” and walks away. Horrible customer service! Really disappointing. The one in Green Hills...
