Just left and watched a woman working at the customer service counter act very rude and intolerant of an elderly man and his honest mistake. He did an online order for groceries and selected in store pick up instead of drive up, being his first time to order fromTarget online. When he called customer service to ask if he could change, he was told absolutely not without cancelling his order. When he came inside the lady was very obviously annoyed with him, made him stand and wait while his order was collected from all over the store. Then when he asked if there was a way that he could make a suggestion in the form of a suggestion box, she said oh noā¦we dont have anything like that! Then she said, weāll you could have called and told customer service you made a mistake and they would have brought it out to you. He said I tried. And she just said Oh, rolled he eyes and walked off while he was still talking to her. Her name was Shelia and I never leave reviews like this but that made me so angry for the sweet gentleman I just thought Iād leave this on his behalf. Seems to me that this would be against osha standards considering thereās needles, biohazard materials, possibly exposure to blood, etc. And then they turn around the next day and allow people try on clothes that sometimes requires taking off shoes and have only socks or even bare feet exposed. Not only this, but there is zero signs indicating that they are doing vaccinations there until you are physically at the entry way of the changing room. While I was there pharmacy member was extremely rude, raising his voice and chewed me out when I was simply asking him questions about the whole thing because I was caught off guard and honestly just confused at what was going on. I ended up talking to the head pharmacist and he told me his employee acted like that because heās been stressed due to crying kids all day. Overall the head pharmacist seemed very disinterested in speaking to me about the whole situation. It was all around a really bad experience and I have no desire to give my business to this...

This toy was located under the shelf as its been sitting under a shelf for 7 years. To be honest she was lacking in her skills, and needs to be retrained as to key up an item as I have had this experience with two other Targets in the area today and they rang the items up to make a sale. How you can state that you can not make a sale is totally ubsurd and you shall lose sales like this. Not professional at all and customer service at this location needs to be completely retrained. As there are many other items under shelves being hidden and the employees are not doing their job to correctly locate these items as this messes up the inventory count and loses customers and money. I shall be posting a video of this occurance on youtube to show the community as to what kind of employees they have.
