Carlie needs to find a job other than customer service because she doesnāt know the first thing about it. I walked in with 2 bags of clothes and after making eye contact with the staff member Carlie, she made an annoyed face and continued to wait to talk until I walked up to the counter. After waiting another second, with an annoyed face she eventually told me I can go down to the register to get my clothes looked at. During this transaction she failed to smile once and continued to have this annoyed expression on her face while taking my ID. Carlie eventually told me it would be an hour and 15 minute wait before my clothes would be done, but after leaving I got a text within 20 minutes to come pick them up. When returning the other employees were delightful and offered to help me. I saw Carlie talking with other customers during my return and she seemed more lively. Iām not sure if she was trying to single me out due to my appearance, but I think itās extremely disrespectful to have treated me this way. Management needs to retrain this employee and start with how you should not pick and choose which customers youāre going to...

A plain blue shirt 14 dollars. That's more then it would be brand new.clothes i brought and paid 8 dollars for comfy pants 3 yrs ago selling for 12 there worn. Found the same pants at goodwill but way better condition were 14 there and 6 at goodwill. I buy those boho pants brand new for 12 in stores. the prices aren't worth it anymore. They used to be alot cheaper and cleaner clothes like the other platos. Little tip you don't want to sell used clothing more then purchased brand new. Staff was nice though and they do have a nice stuff just the worn down ones should be cheaper and ones in good condition should never be more money then...

We shopped there on vacation and got home and realized two items hadn't been put in our bag so I called to see if we could get those items refunded since we live almost 3 hours away. The store owner personally contacted us about it. Once looking at the receipt, we realized we had received an extra discount accidentally so it ended up only being a $4 difference. I told her to not worry about it but she insisted on making it right and shipped the two items to us. We do not live near this store so the chance of us returning isn't very likely, but even with that knowledge, they went above and beyond to make us happy. If we ever are in the area again, we will definitely return! (Also...we got some great clothes for amazing prices!) Thank...
