Salted Peace — Local services in Spring Hill

Waste of time, money, and energy. Got a one hour deep tissue massage, with Chloe, and she worked on “targeted areas” with absolutely little to NO pressure. I asked her to apply more pressure, and still, nothing. When it came to my hand, she literally just spread oil around for 5-10 minutes. Like, come on. I’m not even licensed and I know where the pressure points are in one’s hand. When it came to my feet, she caressed my heels the entire time. The foot has 2 THOUSAND pores and MANY pressure points. Why are you caressing my heels? I’m very disappointed because this is the CUTEST little place ever. For $100 (with tip), I would have rather spent it on anything else. I was in a great mood walking in, and walking out feeling frustrated and annoyed, is the worst. My energy was GOOD walking in, and I feel like that got taken away from me. I wanted to leave a great review, I really did. But this is the second time it’s happened within days. My fiancé, had the same issue with another message therapist. I couldn’t understand his frustration, until now. We will continue our hunt for a CONSISTENTLY good message place since we like to get up to 4 messages a month. It’s not cheap, so spend your money where it’s appreciated and people aren’t zoning out or nodding out on you. There is a young man there that’s really good. Ask for him. For me, I will be going elsewhere TODAY to get yet, another massage. For someone whose in a lot of pain, all the time, I would have appreciated more effort and energy. My only recommendation, is the owner find and hire individuals that have a relentless energy and passion for healing others. Extremely disappointed... I booked a 90 minute massage and a facial. Both services lacked not only in skill and quality but in basic service standards. Massage did not even touch the lower back, top of back legs, arms at all and what was said to be a scalp massage was just time spent running hands through my hair. Half the time I felt I had to move to see if she was awake to keep moving. The aesthetician did not go over my service ahead of time or look at my skin to make recommendations... nor did she offer to do extractions which are $5 more apparently but as this was my 1st time, which I told all providers, I didn't know that. The point of a facial is to get extractions done to clean the skin and reduce pore size. Never was offered or when I asked it was apparently too late and I should ask next time. No water was offered after either service or at the end. When telling check out, I was told "well next time you book ask for this person who is stronger and tell the aesthetician to upgrade you" ... what?! No offer of compensation or apology nor care that they are asking me to pay for this and book again to try and get what I was supposed to in the 1st place. I have been in the service industry for decades and oversaw many Spas and salons ... this was more than disappointing and their lack of concern in this economy makes me upset anyone would spend their hard earned money...

I'm so happy to have discovered this amazing spa! Clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly relaxing! From the moment I stepped through the front door, I could feel the calm and zen atmosphere washing through me. The salt therapy room felt like an evening watching the sunset on the beach (the BEST in the area)! I loved not only the feel of the salt in my toes, but the calming and serene feeling of breathing in the salt was amazing! I also really loved their infrared sauna. Very relaxing. They also offer foot domes with massage chairs and their one of a kind VFT tables. I also experienced a Thai Massage with Teri. Incredible experience. Definitely a 5/5!

Unlike other spas I've experienced, Salted Peace was SPOTLESS! So clean! It's obvious, not only the owners, but also the employees take great pride in making sure every person that walks through their doors is treated to the absolutely best experience possible!
