My husband purchased our engagement ring there, 5 years ago. It is beautiful! It is white gold, so I needed to get it replated, two years later, along with my year-old wedding-ring. For maybe $80 or so (I forget exact price), they were shipped out and returned within two days! Looking brand new! I even had customers at work congratulate me or ask when the wedding is/was, thinking from the look of the rings, I had just gotten married or engaged RECENTLY. I can’t say enough good things about this jeweler. I’ve gone to them for many services such as ring sizing for me and my husband, custom made wedding band (and surprised me by doing a complimentary rhodium plating on my engagement ring and a cleaning), and buying a necklace chain (they have a great lifetime warranty on their necklace chains so any time it may break you can bring it in and they work with the manufacturer to replace it). But they are more than just a quality jeweler, they have amazing customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional, they are exceptionally efficient and often are ready with my jewelry sooner than expected and they are so friendly. Goldsmiths is my go to place. The staff there is super passionate about what they do and highly educated in their craft. If they don’t have it they can make it, and they will go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need.
