Duck Donuts — Restaurant in Spring Township

On 5/18 went ro Duck donuts as I have gone before to get the breakfast box and got good service but today not so good my order was completely dismissed never prepared and when I asked what happened one one the young ladies there went to make it but she was waiting for donuts so I asked for my money back , another young lady came to the register ask me if I wanted money or back on my card I said money and I also told her I need the name and number of your manager she said I am one of them so I asked her so this is how you handle situations you don’t even apologize her excuse was she didn’t know what happened and I told her but is your job to over see things here then she offered to give me $2 off a dozen but no remorse nor care for what had happened needless to say won’t be returning back there...

First time trying, little crazy when getting there was packed. Expected it kinda. Cool to watch how it’s done. Doughnuts were good , breakfast box sampler. However I was excited for the coffee. Big disappointment. Cold brew $5 and was horrible tasted burnt . Gave it right back to the girl asked her to just dump it. Never asked what was wrong or if I wanted another cup? Just walked away and started making other orders. Felt that was rude, but alot of younger kids making everything. Watched a girl , get doughnut topping all over her arm and wipe it off with the same glove she was using to grab and dip doughnuts into toppings. Kinda gross. Stay away. Only two customers in store and I waited 15 minutes for one coffee, and the kid making the coffee looked like he was asked to do open heart surgery. I would not have been upset but then he hands me a “hot” coffee and ask if I wanted a straw with it.
