I’m so bummed. The girls seemed really sweet, but somehow it was the weirdest experience getting my nails done EVER! I asked for a Gel Pedicure and a Manicure. Oh, wow. I don’t have the energy to write all that happened, but I’ll cover the basics. The woman started using the Dremel nail file first before using any gel polish remover. It didn’t work. After at least 5x over my big toe the gel still wasn’t off. (My toes are killing me! I’m in a lot of pain. The areas where the gel was off already are totally filed away.) She decided to ignore that and paint over it. I was sitting there pretty dumbfounded, trying to communicate with her with no avail. My only option was to pull my feet out and try to get someone else who could speak English. After a lot of asking I finally got them to use gel polish remover and to let it sit for a bit. Before she started on my nails, a girl came and started using a dremel on my natural nails. I was so upset. I don’t know what she was thinking. She didn’t soak my nails or clean my cuticle and only half heartedly filed them. Then she quite suddenly just left after sort of filing my nails on one hand and went and started a pedicure. I kept asking people if they were going to finish my manicure but just got the weirdest looks. Finally the girl doing my pedicure focused on my nails, I had to ask her if she would soak them. It was a totally new concept it seemed. You should see my nails now…they look worse than before. They are rough and she actually took a little sand paper cube and “buffed” my nails with it….just scratching them up. I’m honestly so angry right now. My toe nails hurt, my finger nails are ruined, and to top it all off I’m not 100% sure they used new tools. I wish I’d done a better job watching. I feel like I saw her get something off her tray that was just laying on the bottom, but she swore she got it out of the bag. I was so baffled and confused by the whole experience that I’m not sure. What I do know is that I would not go back there! I wish those girls well. It seems like something is off overall. Makes me sad. 100$ wasted. I honestly feel like I should not have had to pay. I was there for almost 90 min just wishing i could get out of there, so by the time I was able to I was so upset that I just paid and left. I need to get my gel done again and my manicure was horrible! I also brought my own Gel Color! Pearl white. Places never carry it.

where do i even begin. if you’re looking for a sterile salon, do not go there. the guy who did my nails didn’t have gloves on and i’m pretty sure he didn’t sainitize neither his hands or the tools. it’s a disaster to come to an agreement who services people over the messages. i was booked for 9 am for lash fill ins and then for 11am for nail fills. when i got there the salon wasn’t open and two people arrived 10 minutes after 9 am. i was forced to wait good 30 minutes before they took me. i’m pretty sure people who work there just get to work whenever they want. while i was getting the lashes done i could hear another lady from the waiting room saying that she was scheduled for lashes for 10am! Keep in mind that i was taken 40 minutes late! I’m so sorry for that lady! Then-for the nails- as i said the place isn’t hygienic. The particles of my gel nails were flying around and weren’t sucked in by any machine. the guy who was doing my nails had a mask and if he did give me one i wouldn’t talk about this but he didn’t i was straight up inhaling the gel particles. the nail polish is chipping of. bad experience. they also charge you for things you didn’t book. also the lady who was getting her pedicure done was literally almost crying bc of pain.

ATTENTION , Potential Clients: Caution Advised! While I've previously enjoyed my experiences at this establishment, my recent visit was exceptionally disappointing. I came in for a relaxing pedicure but left in pain. The technician attending to me aggressively used cuticle cutters to dig into the sides of my big toe and unnecessarily cut the sides of my nails. While cleaning the sides and underneath nails is standard, cutting them without justification, especially since I don't have ingrown nails, was unwarranted. Regrettably, she cut too deeply, causing bleeding throughout the entire procedure. Her response to this mishap was inadequate, as she simply continued working without addressing the issue. I am currently experiencing pain and have begun applying Neosporin to prevent infection. Sadly, I am hesitant to return for future services.

DO NOT COME HERE. Ive gotten my toes done a few times here and usually always pay $60 and never was extremely disappointed with this place until now. First i get seated with a lady named Nina. She was sweet until i felt like she scammed me. I asked for my usual $40 delux package with gel which usually brings it to $60. This lady proceeds to give me the luxurious package i did not ask for which also was way over the budget i wanted to spend on toe nails. Then while she’s doing my toes the owners or workers or WHOEVER had their child running around the establishment and going through my purse. No parent to be found to tell this little girl “no” or “stop” she also doesnt speak english so she couldnt understand me. She kept trying to go into my bag for what felt like a good 15 minutes before she got told anything by anyone. I asked for a simple french tip, something i had previously. Nina completely botched the french tip on my big toe, making the stripe way thicker than all my other toes, noticed her mistake but kept going, and cut my big toe while filing. In all i ended up paying $90 including tip which looking back she honestly didnt deserve, for an awful experience. Dont come here unless you want your wallet pick pocketed by the employees and the children...
