This place is fairly new to Vegas just having opened up earlier in 2018, however that is no excuse for the amount of chaos that there is inside. I went yesterday 4/8/18 for a first experience with my girlfriend and her brother. First, the line was immensely long, but it's new so what the heck it's expected. We ordered and this is where it all goes down hill, although the drinks and food are well made, the flavor doesn't make up for the disorganization we ordered 4 things (number 70) after 10 minutes they called my number, fast right? Wrong. I get to the counter and I see 2 of the 4 things I ordered and am told "one of your drinks is ready" and I tell the young lady "but there 2 are here" turned out the mangonada was someone else's (number 66 that they called for the next hour and nobody showed up) but ok. After about another 10 minutes my Cheeto fries were done and at this point I'm getting irritated getting 1 item at a time is very aggravating, I wait another 15 minutes while other numbers (already at 83!!) are getting called for their drinks and food, so I approach the counter where I no longer see my ticket so I asked, "where are my other 2 drinks? I'm missing my mangonada and a spicy watermelon drink." I am told "we are backed up on drinks I apologize" so I tell them "I've seen you out multiple of both drinks, however none have been for my number so how is it possible that you are already calling out 85, 86, AND 87, all of which have multiple mangonadas but I that was number 70 still don't have my drink?" I was offered to speak to the manager, who never came, one employee decided to just go to the back and ignore the fact that I was missing 2 drinks. Needless to say the chances of a second trip there are slim to none. After 50 minutes of continuously badgering the employees I finally had my complete order to which some the ice had melted by that time and we were unable to actually enjoy our stay as a group. I do not recommend this place, if you like waiting a long time to get your drinks and food, and not even at the same time then this place is for you. If not there's plenty of other places in Vegas that are prompt on service and sell much...
Read moreI’m a Uber delivery driver and I went here to pick up a order for my customers who also ordered drinks but I didn’t know because on my end not a single drink showed up in the queue, only the restaurant has that information on what drinks are to be served. So once I was called because the order was ready, I double checked by asking her “is everything here? Do you have all the extra ketchup & ranch etc.?” The employee seemed offended that I even double checked her so I didn’t wanna upset her any further since she seemed sure that I had everything. I ended up driving 20 minutes to the location and delivered their food to find out that “yes” something was missing!!! Their drinks that they paid for! They gave me a bad review or thumbs down affecting my rating when it wasn’t even my fault!! I even apologized and told them I felt horrible and they still gave me a bad review! I even tried calling the restaurant but the phone has been busy for over 2 hours!! They needed a refund and there was nothing else I could do to help them! So here’s to Zero Degrees for reflecting their bad service on my reviews and I having to take the blame!! Thanx for nothing now I have a bad review and no tip from an angry customer who took it out on the wrong person!!!...
Read moreI came in last week and loved the food, but didn’t love how frantic the staff was.
I came in today and the staff was even more on edge from the crowd. They were being rude to each other and worse off rude to me as a customer.
As they frantically called out orders I ended up approaching the counter three times. On the third time the girl said “sweetie, we called Rachel”.
I quickly reminded her that they should understand that their music is loud, they have a restaurant of about 20 talking people, and they were talking low underneath their face masks. I also had to point out her attitude and let her know I didn’t appreciate her attitude or that of her cashier’s.
I also ordered at 3:05 and wasn’t offered the lunch special that ended at 3:00 pm. I understand it was past the time and it’s busy but I had to wait 20 minutes for three Thai Teas and some microwaved food.
I wish I could take back my tip.
Don’t call me “sweetie” when you an attitude - that’s condescending. Please learn how to manage your crowd, voice level, and work better under pressure.
I can handle a wait and a crowd, but bad customer service is a no-no.
I hate leaving bad reviews but small things that go unchecked turn into...
