Banchan — Local services in Spring Valley

I was in Korea Town Plaza with my family on 27 Dec 2023, and as I was walking up from the parking lot, I noticed this store located at the edge of the Korea Town Plaza building. At first, I thought I'd already been here before, then again, I immediately realized there's no way I could've visited since there was one of those, "Now Open" signs posted right outside of the store. So, just like any other new Korean-inspired stores/restaurants, I was curious and had to go check it out...and I'm glad that I did too.

I arrived right when the store was closing so it wasn't crowded at all. I was amazed at how organized and clean this store was - I guess it should be considering it's a new store. What was really amazing about this store is how they package their products. The containers are magnificent and it keeps the contents fresh and the smell within the container (yes, this was validated in my home refrigerator). More often than not, whenever I purchase kimchi at other stores, the packaging isn't adequate and the kimchi sauce leaks out. I ended up getting Kimchi, Spicy Cucumber Kimchi, and Kimbap. Everything was so fresh and tasted magnificent to which I think I've found a new place to get my kimchi from here on out. I'm especially excited to try other banchan from the store, but that won't happen until a week or so down the road.

The employee that was working here was phenomenal. He was very friendly and I really appreciated how he allowed my family and I to browse around and purchase things even when it appeared that the store was closed. I know a lot of businesses wouldn't do that for their customers especially when it is past the specified closing time. If you haven't been to this store before, you definitely need to go check it out. I know everyone has different opinions of their kimchi/banchan; however, I feel that the quality of their kimchi is within the top 3-5 places in Las Vegas. Not to mention, the prices are very reasonable in my opinion. I highly recommend this store...

Fresh! Clean! And delicious. First thing I noticed is all Korean ajimas making the food. Korean food done right, takes time. I can tell time and love went into making the food and packaging it. Packaging is spot on. Everything is carefully packaged. That’s explains why the food is so good. Flavors are authentic and spot on! Kimchi is absolutely to die for🤤.
