TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had an issue with my order because representative simply wanted her commission and sold me a bed frame under false pretenses, as what I asked for was not what was ordered. Upon delivery I made it clear to workers it wasn’t what I ordered, and they INSISTED I had to sign that they made the delivery, and it wouldn’t affect my complaint that it was the incorrect order. WRONG. Next day, same representative that attended me the first time said there was a miscommunication with her understanding of my order, but nothing to be done as I signed that delivery was made. She refused to give me a corporate or manager number to call but another representative did. I called main office and they were very friendly and understanding. ALL FALSE. They said the owner (David) would personally come fix my issue in 1-2 weeks and 3 weeks later, nothing. I called and he apologized and said they would come the following weekend. Again, nothing. This became a routine. I had to call under a false name at times because when I gave mine, David was conveniently out of the office. But three minutes later when I called from a new phone and name, he was available. I have been waiting for my order to be fixed since AUGUST 2022. It is now MARCH 2023. This is absurd and ridiculous. Buyer beware. Horrible management (don't believe me ask for a manager, and the we don't really have a manager loop will start) and bait and switch tactics. Stay far far away no matter how broke you are and need furniture.

Edited to show no response given from company. Spend your money in a place that values your business. Not somewhere that doesn't care if they take advantage of you for poor quality I**a furniture. You'll be much happier and have it much longer. 2 yrs and the bed they gave me is already close to garbage with no support from them on the "warranties" the bed is supposed to have. Deplorable...

We were looking for quality furniture at a reasonable price. Googled this store (grand opening) and went to check it out. Not only were the prices reasonable and economical the service was outstanding. The store carries name brand furniture and is great for those who are just starting out or adding pieces to your established home. They also offered free delivery which is a plus as most furniture stores charge a fee. Jackie and Sara were phenomenal salespersons. Thank you both for making our shopping...
