La Bonita Supermarkets — Local services in Spring Valley

Rude ladies working at the juice bar. Came in around 11am. 2 ladies operating the juice bar. I am asked by one what do I want. I give her my order and she keeps working on something else. Then the other lady comes to the register, so I say good morning she ignores my good morning and asks what I am going to order. I repeat my order and ask one juice come with celery as well. I pay and go to the side while I wait. Another couple comes next and they’re received with “good morning, how can I help you?” And all the right attitude one should bring if they working dealing with customers. They yell out my order is ready moments after. I come up and ask which one has the celery in it. The one lady again just looks away and I make eye contact with the other one. She comes up annoyed and points it out. I say thank you. And she just goes about her business ignoring my thank you to her. So I say it louder. She rolls her eyes and sarcastically says thank you. I point out the disrespect and she gives me a cynical remark and look as if I’m the problem. I love coming for the juices my family shops for groceries here but I will not be coming back to the juice bar. I don’t understand why I was treated differently. I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I got really pissed! It was my first time I went to this unprofessional super market, and I got the green juice, I left it in my cart and did not even sip it, and I was in a line to get Ceviche. Some guy suddenly pushed my my cart( he thoughts it’s his cart) and my juice just dropped all over the place! And I went back to the juice bar and showed the place the guy dropped my juice that I paid $9 for it and didn’t even try it, and told them is there anyway that I can get another one since it wasn’t my fault and it’s my first time here and didn’t even try this juice! The lady said 1 minute and he called a guy to come and talk to me, the guy was super rude, he has glasses on and he was, yes? And I explained the situation and he was like it’s not my responsibility! I was like it wasn’t mine too, the other guy dropped my juice, so as a customer service manager it will be so nice if you treat your customers right! And even it is my first time and experience at this supermarket! He said, I can’t do anything if you want you can leave!!!!! This place used to be my "go to" store. It's down the street from my job so I'm usually able to swing by when I get off {930pm} grab some food to make for dinner and head home. At least 3 times a week never had any issues with the store. Tried shopping there today n was so rudely discriminated against. I got thru the doors at 935 and security grabbed me and said "no no no" and escorted me out of the building. But as I sat in my car I watched numerous people not of my race allowed in. What's wrong with us Americans that aren't Hispanic......we aren't welcome in now...?! I'm in just complete disbelief that this establishment could be so unprofessional. Absolutely no explanation neither. I homemake my babies baby food and they always got great deals on the fruits and veggies and chicken but after the treatment today, I'll be filing a complaint along with the video footage taken as well to the BBB and equal rights..
