Last night after work, around 10:30pm,I went to the Jack In The Box on West Flamingo and Rainbow. As I'm sure you know, the late hours are usually very busy. There were 6 cars ahead of me in the drive through and four behind me. I waited for my turn for over 20 minutes. When I finally get to order there is a sign that said "Cash Only. Sorry for the inconvenience". An employee said "I'll be right with you". Ten minutes later I'm asked for my order. When I questioned the Cash Only sign they said that was correct. I asked why this sign wasn't posted before the drive through and was told by a female employee that was the manager's decision and most people usually ignore the sign anyway. Well I'm not "most people". A male employee jumped into the conversation (I guess he felt she wasn't handling the situation well enough) to also tell me it was the manager's decision. So now I had two employees both speaking to me at the same time. I have been going to this Jack In The Box about 3 time a week after work. The service is slow but there's not a lot of fast food places open late but I do like your mystery meat tacos and love your egg rolls so I will wait. When I got to the window the male employee asked if he could help me. I told him "you may not value your time but I do." I asked for the corporate office information. He said "If you want it it's posted on the doors". He never apologized to me for having to wait and was arrogant when speaking to me. Who knows how many of your customers were inconvenienced in this same way. Most won't take the time to write to voice their displeasure. But they'll certainly tell their friends as I intend to do and you will lose more than just one good customer.

Read moreThis location is the most messed up one ive ever been to. The hours posted are never accurate, apparently they just open whenever they want. By the way,some hours posted say "open 24hrs". That needed to be removed long ago!! Sometimes you can go in the middle of the day and only the drive through is open...still. I tried to get a breakfast burrito before work one day this week because their hours said (posted,on the app,AND on google) that they opened at 6am. I got there at 6:10 and not only were they not opened,there wasnt a soul in sight and the lights were off,even on the drive through menu. I tried to cancel the order and couldn't, and tried getting a refund and still havent gotten a response. And then,there's the attitude and EXTREMELY long waits if you happen to make it there to get food when theyre actually open! Most of the workers are rude teenagers and u can tell its their first job and they dont want to be there. Theyre slow and careless,as with the older people that ive seen too. This is a customer service position, manners are vital! This is also located on an extremely busy corner of 2 major city roads that go through town.
