Changing my stars because I just had such a bad experience. I brought my 8 month old son's clothes in to sell at the end of August, and they went through it all. They said that there were lots of good sets and items, but they arent accepting winter clothes until after September 1st. I said okay, great. Ill be back in September. I came back, drove 45 minutes from the complete opposite side of town, wasted battery level in my car just to be told that they were going to pass on every single thing because there were stains on 3 items. Out of hundreds. The girl also told me that some pieces were supposed to be a set of 2, however they were missing pieces and explained to me that the dates have to match. I tried to push back and say hey, I was literally just here and she stated that she even showed her manager and she said no. I left. I got out to the car and the exact set that she says wasnt there is there. I checked the dates. And all the others. I had them all neatly folded together and they separated them while going through them and obviously either overlooked it or were just rude. Regardless, im not supporting a small business who gives me the run around. The first time I drove all the way out here, literally 2 weeks ago and brought hundreds of barely used clothing items why did you tell me to bring them back in a couple weeks if you weren't going to accept them? I am so grateful for this store and the staff. I am a first time mom and have no clue what I'm doing and baby shopping has been really stressful. There are so many different types of things and understanding what the baby really needs has been hard. Carolyn, Jamie, and Nettie all helped us during our hours long visit last week. They were so welcoming and kind offering to test things out, explain things to us, look things up, give their opinion, etc. all while not being the slightest bit pushy. It was almost like having our own personal shopper. They seriously took a lot of stress off of us. They even helped us carry our purchases to the car. The girls wouldn't even let me carry a light diaper pail to the car, they insisted on doing it for me. Super kind and sweet people.

The prices here are amazing! We bought so much more than we had anticipated but it was because their prices were that good. I was worried that things might be dirty and germy due to it being secondhand but that wasn't the case at all. All of their items are cleaned and like new condition, if not new. It did not feel like we were in a secondhand store at all and I have no hesitation using the things we bought for our fragile little guy. They also have a great selection of things so we had options to choose from for each of the items we bought. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. Came here a few months ago when I was 15 weeks pregnant. Bought 2 maternity ripped style jeans & 2 shorts. Never wore the pants. I bought them in large sizes for my soon to come third trimester. I’ve decided not to wear maternity bottoms since I’m carrying low and leggings are comfy, which is why I brought these items back along with a couple other maternity pants from previous pregnancy. I paid almost $80 for 4 pairs of maternity bottoms from this place! Came back to this store and sold them 3 pairs of maternity bottoms out of 6 and gave me $9 for 3 bottoms!!!!! That left me with one of the ripped style jeans, pair of shorts and one older pants from precious pregnancy. Those maternity bottoms were not cheap!! And you give me $9?! I get it, PROFIT but What am I going to buy with $9! That’s not even enough for one pair of pants in their own store. The funniest part is that the lady who was helping me, told me that one of the ripped style maternity jeans has a stain and was too worn LOL I NEVER WORE IT SINCE I BOUGHT IT FROM THIS PLACE! The pants was for my later weeks in pregnancy I still can’t wear it! I didn’t see any stain and it looks very brand new. It’s still in the same exact condition that they sold it to me because I’ve never touched it since I bought it. I didn’t say anything and left it at that.
