At 1st i didn't understand the bad reviews, but now I wish i had listened. This place is ridiculous. The receptionist scheduled me at 11:30 w the wrong lash tech, Hanna, who was also running late so i was told to come back at 12. I come back at 12 but am still kept waiting, & when i'm finally called back it's around 12:30. I went from an 11:30 appt, to 12, to 12:30. I ask to show Hanna a pic of how I get my lashes done but she declines. I'm not a pushy person so I leave it alone & trust her, she's a Senior Artist after all.
Hanna finishes w me at 1:10, not even a full hour from when i was called back (i make it home - a 10 min drive away - by 1:30), & 1 hr is the allotted time for a weekly fill. When I check the mirror i'm given I see that not only has she given me classics when I get volume, a handful of my natural lashes are scattered across my face like she plucked them out for fun or something. I was only supposed to get a weekly touch up, which is just supposed to be a fill w no removal according to their website, so I had no idea why I was seeing what I was seeing. My natural lashes are already v thin & struggle w growth, i'm always worried I might not be able to get extensions 1 day, so as you can imagine seeing that made me feel nauseous. Especially bc I've NEVER looked into the mirror after a lash appt & seen my natural lashes like that, & I've been getting extensions for 6 yrs.
After all of this, the only thing the manager offered me for the circus show I endured was $15 off. Again, that's fifteen dollars off. Fifteen. Dollars. One-five. I almost want to laugh at the audacity. The entire service should've been comped when my appt started a full hour late + was w the wrong lash tech!!! The end result of my lashes being comically wrong, as well as her plucking out so many of my natural ones that some were falling out onto my shirt when I got in my car, are just bonus reasons. If MALLYNA cared about their clients' experience/satisfaction & keeping them, they would've offered me anything more than a measly $15 discount. It was a mess from the start & ended with me not even getting what i asked for, I left not satisfied in literally any aspect. I'm still in awe that they really gave me no compensation except for a discount that other lash places already just offer to their new clients. I wish I was 1 of those people who could throw a tantrum when given incredibly bad service like this, I can't believe i paid $30 for this just to go & pay another $70 at a different lash place to fix it.
Only giving a star at all bc Giselle (the tech i was supposed to have) is a very good lash tech, she gave me the lashes I wanted at my fill ins w her these last 2 weeks. So if you decide to give this train wreck of a business your money, go to her. Unfortunately, even she isn't enough to make me want to go back to that place.

She calmly explained she sat there for hours and did not have time for you all to do her lashes over. She had things to do. She asked for her money back calmly and that she would go over to the other location when she had the time to have the girl she is familiar with do her lashes. You all refused to give her a refund and that is what caused the issue. She handled it like any customer would, due to how unprofessionally the staff handled the situation. She was very respectful. The issue began when the refund was denied. To 86 her without making things right is unprofessional. Maybe claim trespassing from the unprofessional location because she would never go back there anyways. But to claim trespassing from all locations so she cant get her lashes fixed is wrong. She was a returning customer. I would not suggest anyone go to this Shop. If your unhappy with their work they will refuse a refund and if you get upset about it they will say you are trespassing. Very disappointing because she enjoyed her first experience. Her second experience was terrible! Terrible way to treat a returning customer. Do not go to this location!!! My girl went to get her lashes done here and she was not happy with the service. The lady Lana did not provide her examples of what lashes she could get. Did her lashes the way she wanted to do them. She almost gashed my girls eyes out and my girl left with debris in her eyes and left with her eyes hurting. My girl payed 150 dollars for a service she was not happy with. When she asked for a refund, they refused to give it to her. What place charges 150 dollars for a service and can't afford to give a refund? The service was terrible and my girl would not recommend anyone to go here. No business should be in business if they can't afford to provide refunds for unhappy clients. Read moreThe worst service ever.. Now there were multiple times where I would have issues. Issues like, my lashes being cut with SCISSORS to try to make evenness ? And when I called they made me feel like I was wrong for noticing ? WTH? Or paying for volume set that ended up looking like a mixed set? Or with my last issue, I asked for WISPY lashes and I explained and showed Hannah a photo of exactly what I wanted done. Or something closet to it. I also told her exactly what I didn’t want in which was overly fluffy lashes that just look way too dark and not even spaced apart. When she was done doing my lashes , they ended up like exactly what I didn’t want. Like I felt so confused... like as if I was undermined and that she did it her own way anyways. And then told me at the end that she doesn’t do it that way I wanted ?? She could have told me that in the beginning ! I couldn’t stay long so I payed and left. And then when I called and told them what happened , they told me to Come in to remove and then offered me a refund. And when I came that day, she women with the short hair in the front was very rude and short with me. And even the tech who was removing was kind of arguing with me like as if I should have been grateful I had overly done lashes... Every customer needs to get what they pay for , and lash extensions are NOT CHEAP! On the way out the women in the front told me “Goodluck at your new spot” now mind you, I never planned on going to a new spot. I just figured we fix the issue and then keep moving on with future services. I’ve only had maybe a total of 4 small issues. They happen right ? But they made me out to be the problem.
