Avoid this place. No doctors. No social distancing. Cash up front. If Saul Goodman from Break bad had a second business this would be it.

EDIT So the Nurse practioner called me very upset about this review. First google "Most Connected" I wrote a book about digital wellbeing, so this isn't my first rodeo reviewing some place.

Second: Fact, there floor is missing any type of taped off measurements for social distancing, which means, the staff is safely behind glass, and you have to fend off patients who don't stay six feet apart.

Third: This clinic in the words of the nurse who just called me has had "Patients get care and run out the door" so they have to charge up front. This means charge you before you see a professional or fill out paperwork. She tried to tell me it's like a copay, but it's not. Charging you full price before hand is not like a copay. So just be prepared that part of the population you're seeing is indigent and will run out.

Finally: There is nothing wrong with mom and pop community centers. Our economy has been built on these enterprises. There is a problem with establishments that run a shop that doesn't respect basic health guidelines during a pandemic and then gets so upset with a review they call and harass the patient.

It would be my hope they would institute a FREE solution like google voice which allows them to socially distance patients and use text messaging. I would hope they would not take so much stock in their google ranking. I would help they could find a way to not treat every patient like the few that have burned them in the past.

I am so incredibly grateful that this office exists! With it being SO difficult to get a same day appointment with your primary care doctor, this place is a lifesaver! They accept walk-ins! I missed the good old days where that was just the norm almost everywhere! Super reasonably priced for an appointments, the office is incredibly clean, the staff are always soooo polite, kind and helpful. And the nurse practitioners are sooo thorough, engaging, empathetic, and caring! They want to get to the bottom of the cause of your illness, and provide an effective treatment plan! They answer all your questions, explain things properly to you, run extra tests etc. Honestly, after my experience today, I’ve come to the conclusion that this place is way better than my PCP office! My PCP wasn’t able to see me in person...this place did! My PCP kind of brushed off my illness as just something that I needed to let pass, even though I was getting worse as days past...this place ran tests, checked vitals, asked so many questions to try and get to the root cause of why I got sick! My PCP told me that there’s nothing really she could prescribe for me to feel better, this practitioner wrote me two prescriptions that I think are working because I’m already feeling so much better than I was when I walked into the office today.
