My grandmother took in 5 of her watches February 2nd (each needing a new battery), my mom’s pearl necklace that needed a jump ring, and my bolo that needed a pendant re-soldered. She was told she’d be getting a call mid-week, because he wasn’t too sure if he’d be able to fix the bolo. Sounds good. She ended up calling them first to say that she had a jump ring for that necklace and would drop it off.

She went back to the shop a few weeks later to not only drop off the jump ring but to pick up the watches, but was told they weren’t ready yet because he "wanted to work on everything at once” — you haven’t put in any watch batteries because you were waiting for a metal piece for the necklace? Makes sense.

We (I decide to tag along - road trip!) came in Feb 23rd to see the owner kickin it behind a desk, and a younger guy manning the front. He asks how he can help us, and she responds that she’s here to pick up her items. The owner immediately goes to the back room - at which point, he proceeds, for the next twenty minutes to put in all 5 batteries. Batteries for watches that he’s had in his possession for 21 days. Cue some strong side-eye and a few crickets. Nearly half an hour later, he emerges and hands the bolo back saying it couldn’t be fixed. Translation: I just did all of this quick fast and in a hurry and didn’t have time to do the item that, though required minimal attention, would have been the most labor intensive. We took the bolo to another jewelry shop the same day. I got a call back a few days later, saying it was ready for pick-up.

This is the jewelry store you've been looking for! I needed two watch batteries replaced in a pinch and I called six shops nearby after the first one wanted to charge me $50 EACH and try to get it done in 4-5 days! Try? Yoda said, "Do, or do not. There is no try."

Westbrooke Jewelers was not the cheapest nor the closet to my current location. They won my business because they were the most polite and professional when answering a simple phone call request and treating me like a customer. To me, that is worth that little extra to be taken care of.

Upon arriving to this location I noticed there is plenty of parking and it is completely safe, clean, and well developed. I immediately was greeted by that same friendly voice over the phone and I shared aloud that I went the extra mile to return the favor for her excellent communication skills. Her name is Dawn, and I expressed my gratitude for her kindness and amazing work ethic. She was the reason I drove past all the other options.

They were able to replace my watch batteries at lightspeed. While waiting I conversed with other staff members and I cannot begin to describe how personable and likable these folks are. I'd never met them before but I can assure you they care about their customers and are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. These are trustworthy people I want to be handling my precious jewelry.

Jeff spent extra time with me to explain and elaborate in detail about questions I had regarding some of their timepieces. They have an incredible selection there and I cannot wait to do more business and send more business their way. I felt like I was home.

Absolutely Incredible Service—Perfect Timing Before Our Wedding

We stopped by Westbrooke Jewelers in Spring, TX this morning (9/3/25) to have our wedding rings cleaned, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They took our rings at 10:00 AM and had them cleaned and ready by 10:42 AM; done in-house, with care and lightning-fast turnaround.

These are our actual wedding bands for our ceremony this Saturday, so this meant a lot to us. My silver engagement ring has been worn daily for over a year, and I hadn’t realized how dull it had become until I compared it to my wedding band, which has never been worn and has stayed in its box. After Westbrooke cleaned it, my engagement ring looked just as pristine and radiant as the untouched wedding band, it is truly stunning.

My fiancé’s gold band was polished so beautifully we could literally see our reflections in it. I wish I had taken “before” photos, but the “after” speaks volumes. I’ll be attaching pictures to show just how incredible their work was.
