I hope this was a fluke, and maybe it was because of other reviews I read before trying to purchase. But I DO NOT recommend. I ordered a table on their Black Friday sale. The website states that they will contact you within 10 business days to schedule delivery OR if it is back ordered they will contact you to make other arrangements. I was never contacted which ok whatever I’m sure they got lots of orders then. I contacted them and they said it was back ordered and I should have it in about a week. They finally called to schedule delivery for a Friday. I waited until 3pm and they hadn’t contacted me so I called them. I was literally laughed at and told “you can’t expect much it’s free shipping” I asked to speak with a manager and they told me he wasn’t available. I called back later hoping to get the manager and same response “it’s free shipping you get what you get we could be charging you 100s on shipping”. At this point I would have rather paid $100 for shipping (but free was the only option). They finally told me it would be the next day. Again we waited all day Saturday, the poor delivery guy finally arrived around 9pm. He was the only polite person I’ve talked to after this whole ordeal. Anyway we get our table inside only for it to be the WRONG size. The delivery guy was extremely sympathetic and you could tell he was genuinely apologetic. He said he hoped I gave them another chance because they wanted to earn repeat business. He gave me the owners number which I contacted first thing Monday morning. He had his manager call who was hardly sympathetic. Told me it was the warehouse problem and I was just out of luck until after Christmas. Read moreMy husband and I went to just about every furniture store in NWA looking for the perfect master bed. Everything was either way to expensive, or out of stock and back ordered (due to COVID), or not at all what we wanted.
I finally found Furnishings 4 Less while google searching furniture stores and was so pleased to see their high volume of 5 star reviews. I would’ve driven right by them without a second look because the store itself is nothing much to see on the outside.
So after finding them on Facebook and seeing a couple of cute beds, we drove from Bella Vista to Springdale to visit. They didn’t have what we wanted in stock and we were told we could expect a few weeks of waiting, but compared to the 8-10 weeks we were told by other stores, that sounded just fine!
I ended up ordering the bed on their website the next day and Thomas, a store employee, called me literally minutes later to confirm that we were okay waiting a few weeks. He also confirmed that we wanted FREE curbside delivery (Yes, FREE! From Springdale to Bella Vista!) and that I didn’t need help with set up.
The bed actually took a little longer than expected to come in, but still a lot less time than the 8-10 weeks from other stores. When the gentleman came and delivered it, we asked him if he’d be able to take the cardboard packaging with him and he graciously unwrapped the whole thing for us in our garage and took all the trash.
Did I mention that I found the exact same bed on other furniture websites for more than double the price?! I wondered for weeks what the catch was....but I have found none. Read morePurchased a bedroom set from them on June 3, was told that part of it would arrive from the warehouse in Texas in 7 to 10 days due to it being in stock and just needing to be picked up. Called last week for a status update and was told their driver was out due to a family problem which is understandable. Called again tonight to try to get a status update and was told that due to it being manufactured it would be here in approximately 15 days from the date of purchase And was told that due to their timeline I was actually calling a little bit early. I advised them that due to me not being informed of anything until I called for answers is the only reason I called. Staff member stated that it had been shipped on the 10th. Today is the 17th and still no deliveries. When I asked what is taking so long and why I’m continually getting conflicting information, staff member asked “Sir, you’re aware there is a pandemic going on, right? Stuff is going to take longer than usual.” He then asked me how many times I was going to call about this. I advised him this is only the second time I have called about this and I’m still not getting any direct answers. Would not recommend this place. First and last time...
