They had all but one thing I was looking for and a good dozen I wasn't but was happy to see. It is a true "Asian" market with a huge selection of many different Asian goods and foodstuffs. I was really impressed with the expansive kitchen supply section. I plan to come back after payday and spend some money on several utensils I've wanted for a long time but could not find. Their produce is really good for the most part. They had some really hard-to-find vegetables next to everyday staples like carrot and cabbage. Their peppers looked really good, but I didn't have the gumption to eat a whole pound of habeñero by myself. They also have a really good selection of almost everything you can think of from a number of countries and cultures including Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese, Thai, and at least 3 other scripts and languages I didn't recognize. They had brands I love and brands I'd never seen before. It's a nice change of pace to have to study the fish sauce before choosing instead of having to choose...
Read moreMy husband loves Asian food and taking him to the store was the equivalent of going to a candy shop and telling a 3-year-old they could get whatever they want. He was extremely happy with the selection and the items he was able to find none of the products had any issues after purchase. They do have a wonderful fish market and they also have a section that makes sandwiches and serves hot things depending on the day and time. They also have an excellent selection of Hispanic foods produce for Asian and Hispanic dishes a lot of Frozen items that you can't find anywhere else. It's always interesting to see what products they have in stock and they also have miscellaneous items that you wouldn't normally expect in a supermarket such as pots and pans small kitchen egg accessories sometimes there are random toys and just household items. It's definitely worth a trip if you're on the fence about going. I would watch Google for busy-ness of the store before going however because it can get very busy during certain days...
Read moreOne of my favorite Asian markets in the area and I've been a regular for several years. The meat counter can be very hit or miss sometimes in regards to the stock but there's usually pork belly and offal readily on hand. The produce can be good to great but sometimes I wonder if they keep an eye on the shelves as there's usually some moldy produce hanging out. Check your food items for expirations as well as I've gotten some product that's been expired a handful of times. As numerous as the faults are, it's still a great Asian market with a wide variety of items available that you can only get there, for much cheaper than most grocers. The store seems to be getting more consistent in quality and its stock though, so...
