I purchased 4 separate items, including 3 of 1 item, for a total of 6 items altogether. Every item rang up 30 to 50 cents higher than the price listed on the shelf. After taking the items to the car, I noticed it & went back to customer service. She cheerfully refunded the difference, but had to manually calculate the percentage I was overcharged on each item & had to issue the difference for each item on a separate gift card. I wasn't refunded for 1 of the overcharges because she was flustered & after checking it, I didn't feel like going back again. Now I have 5 gift cards to carry around until I decide to go back. Be warned - The employees are friendly & the store is generally clean, but you'd better watch every single item that you buy to make sure that you're charged correctly. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this store. The overcharged amounts might not be huge, but I expect the prices marked to be accurate, and it seems that way too often, they're not. And if you want an adjustment for the marked price you should have been charged, be prepared for a very inefficient method of the store correcting...
Read morePlease start staffing your store more appropriately! Not only do you not have enough cashiers (which is a stupid problem to have), but your store is looking disgusting. Product looks like a tornado went through it and there was trash everywhere from the moment we walked in the door. Trash cans full, and trash on the floor including all around the carts, carts sticky and unclean. Not a good first impression when you walk in the store. I realize paying employees $15+ an hour can be crippling, but Target opened that Pandora’s box and now you have to deal with it, without compromising customer service. And this doesn’t mean requiring smaller quantity of staff to pick up all the slack, it will never work! It’s very ironic how only a few short months ago, because of Covid procedures, we had to wait to walk up to a check out until you sprayed a magical cleaner and dried it up ineffectively with paper towels before we could proceed, but now the place is a mess and probably more germ infested than ever and nobody seems to care! These are all reasons I stopped shopping at Walmart years ago. Please do not...
Read moreThis was my first visit to a Target. I was impressed with the condition of the store as I walked nearly the whole store. I was not impressed with confusion over the Return Policy for the specific microwave I came in to purchase after online research on Target.com. In my interaction with five employees, I liked the customer service despite not having clear and consistent answers to the return policy for microwaves. I would recommend to Target that microwave ovens specifically have mention within the posted policy details (apparently they are not electronics) and be printed on the receipt, as I had been advised would happen (yet did not). I was verbally quoted or I interpreted reading of the store policy terms (online and in-store) of 7, 30 or 90 days. I still hope I do not have to attempt to use the policy no matter what it...
