Michaels — Local services in Springettsbury Township

This is just on my last experience but normally it is a good stuff for crafts but anyway it showed this place sold a specific spray paint I needed for my shower and I called first told them what it's called and they ran back to look and 10mins later came back to the phone and was like yea we have it. So to make sure I asked if they know what the price was which most places was like $20-30 a can but there like let me look and a guy came back and was like yea it's 17 so I was like ill be right there then . So I waste my time then and drive there to find out they don't have it . So someone needs to either listen or pay attention to what ppl say as it was alittle nerve aggravating for this to happen as if they say they have it you expected they looked and verified they had but doubt they even checked idk . But this was from my last experience as it seems like I can't find krylon tub and tile paint any where especially at the places...

I went in on a Saturday afternoon and was looking for a couple sets of fall lights, I checked online before going to the store and it said there were over 20 in stock, I look for the lights and could not find the ones I was looking for but saw similar ones from the same brand. I asked the sales associate for help and he told me they had been moved and to check a different aisle. I checked the aisle he told me the lights were on and there were none there. I went back to the same sales associate and he said “they have to be around here”… I walked every aisle in this store probably 3 times and could not find them, I was very dissatisfied with the level of customer service and lack of initiative to help find the lights. I have been buying picture frames at Walmart for 20 years. Boy, was that a mistake! They never last very long and before long, they are crooked or the fall over, or the glass gets a weird yellowing.

Michael's has a wide selection of nice picture frames with a more sturdy build (nice big metal staples on the back joints). They have nice matting included and the frames themselves are nice colors that match my house well.

The pricing here is something that I do not care for and that would be my only negative. It seems like this store is on sale every Sunday for like half off. Which means that me being me, I would NEVER pay full price for anything there, it also means I can only go on Sundays, which can be a pain.
