Very unprofessional. I'd give zero stars and warn not to go or give them your money or card. I was called to confirm before my appt time after confirming through text and website, then yelled at because I had been at the hospital with my baby. Faith told me 3 TIMES she "didn't care that my kid was in the hospital she had a business to run"-yet very unprofessional. I explained to her my mother was there I was leaving right now and either make it or be at most 3 minutes late as I was around the corner and while I was on my way in the car driving she was still yelling at me and either hung up on me or my car cut her off. This is the same woman that has same day just canceled appts or has needed to reschedule several times to pick her son up from school for fighting and I had to "deal" with it. When rescheduled it was one week fills at 2 week price I didn't need(waste of money)or 4 weeks out and charged a full set & a time when im scheduled at work & had to take off but she didn't care if I didnt reschedule Id be taken off the books. I told her when I was calling around looking for new lash Techs and acquired her I could only do Thursdays after 2 and that I'd eventually like to get it to where I was in the same time slot every other thursday or every 3 Thursdays if she preffered by booking ahead as I have 4 appts on Thursdays before picking my baby up and she had no problem with that! Thats specifically what I was looking for in a lash tech as I work doubles during the business work week and its the only day I can do. At first to book with her I had to have 3 appts always on the books (and i was fine with making more & keeping them, Ive gotten lashes for years)then it changed to I could only have 1. then she found out I'm off on Mon and said I need to come in on Mondays as well as thurs and was mad & again "didn't care" that I am out of town Sat am-Mon pm an hour away & stated she can not do every other thurs to keep times open for clients but am I not a paying client?(Again i explained if someone booked my preffered time or date before me thats fine ill choose a different time slot and move some things around I understand.) The last time I got lashes she was nasty to me, just a completely different person. She treated me like I was scum & undeserving. She took a picture of my credit card on her personal cell phone while I had my eyes shut from the lash fill. Told me about a policy, gave no papers for, signed nothing, & nothing about this policy on the website/facebook. She told me to bring my toddler to make up appts SHE had to rescedule on days I told her I couldn't do & I didn't want to do that as she'd get into everything & not be still/quiet, this was my only time as a mother to relax & be alone. As someone who dumped over $100 every two weeks into her lap & at a professional spa I expected to be treated much better than this. I understand things come up with our kids but it's a two way street. When I told her I was pulling into the parking lot ON TIME the day my baby was in the hospital & I stated she didn't have to do me as she stated she didn't want to she could atleast see I was there and not mark me as a no show & charge me for my appt as she stated she was going to do, I said its fine she doesnt do me, Id catch her at my next scheduled appt she yelled at me, marked me as a no show & canceled all my future appts, said I'd have to prepay to book further & only 1 appt at a time which shes always booked out for months which wont work for lashes you have to get every 2weeks. She said she was charging my card for all the appts she canceled and i begged her not to cancel them or charge me, my child was unexpectedly in the hospital, I arranged for her nana to sit with her because she said if i had to cancel that appt shed charge me anyway. Never have I missed an appt. She canceled all my appts including my birthday spa day I booked 3months in advance on my birthday. This med spa is absolutely amazing! I’ve had a few different services but my two favorites are the Hollywood facial and the dermaplane/cryo facial!

Starting with the Hollywood Carbon Facial. They start with putting a layer of charcoal mask on your face. Then they laser the carbon/charcoal off. It sounds as if your face is wooden and the wood is being tapped on. This procedure is completely painless. You do feel what feels like tiny sparks on your face. When it comes to your nose, it feels as if someone is tickling your nose with a feather mixed with the tiny sparks that make you on the verge of sneezing but not. It feels very interesting but painless. The after results are amazing! Your face feels like a very soft smooth velvet and it glows as if you just came from a sauna without sweating. Your pores are instantly minimized! You continue to get results even weeks later. It’s fantastic. You have to try it at least once! If you do, I bet it won’t be the last one!

Now, the Dermaplane/Cryo facial combo! This is a must have! Just the Dermaplane alone is so relaxing! The atmosphere is wonderful! The removal of all the peach fuzz and dry skin especially in the fall and winter are a must! It leaves your face feeling so smooth, pores cleaned and tightened. The products are worked into your skin so they have the maximum effect! Then to finish it with the cryo tool, that’s the ICING on the cake! The warmth and cooling effects are nice but you also get more tightening effects to the face and neck. Less face it, all of us middle aged and older want to keep a tight face as long as possible! Start here and you will NOT be disappointed!

Last, but surely not least, the staff is amazing!!! I absolutely love going here. Tonya is amazing but so is each one of her staff! I could recommend this business solely based on the staff alone! The services are only as great as the people doing them! I have not had a single bad experience here! I would come here weekly if I could!

Update:

I’ve had a few other treatments I would like to add.

First, sculpt. I’ve had a few sessions of this on my abdomen and lost around 3.5”-4” in total! It is like a heated massage with oil of the zone. It’s virtually painless and is quite relaxing! It would be very easy to fall asleep! I am most positive if it was back or legs you would! You do the sessions about 4 weeks apart and each one is effective with fat loss and skin tightening! After each session you can also use an added regimen to increase the success. For me, I used Alastin Transform. The bottle lasts FOREVER! Was worth every penny.

Next, I had a Jan Marini chemical peel. The process was quick. We brushed on a liquid after a quick cleanse of a make up free face. We call it a little “spicy”, however the hand fan really helps between each layer. I went for the aggressive peel. As you know with a chemical peel it’s meant to peel that top layer of skin off. So I expected that the coming days had a chance of being a little rough. It wasn’t as bad as I expected. It was like a sunburn that peels like on your shoulders. It actually peeled twice. I used pure organic coconut oil and tallow to keep moisturized and then my Alastin tinted moisturizer (by the way this has replaced my foundation!!! It’s the BEST!). My face is glowing, pores are smaller, fine lines are gone or smaller. My face just glows with “newness”!

I highly recommend both services! I have yet to find one service and continue to leave never disappointed. I hope to try evolve, laser facial type treatment, and maybe microbladed eyebrows. I really have a list of things. I wanted to try Emsella but recently had bladder surgery as part of another large reconstructive surgery so no longer need this but I’ve heard great things about Emsella also!

I give this place more than 5 stars i absolutely love coming here. First let me say the environment is calming it smells good the staff always greets you with a smile.

I usually get bad face acne do to oils and stress the aqua firm / dermaplane facial combo is amazing Darcy is so nice and relaxing very zen atmosphere . i haven't had any bad breakouts her serums she recommends are top notch and show real results my skin is glowing i've never felt happier with my face.

Tonya is my girl for the Brazilian waxes. I love coming to her with me being pregnant she has always made me feel comfortable calm and relaxed it gets less painful every time.

And most recently i had a massage by Kim Underwood i've never had a massage make me feel so relaxed like i was floating on air. The pressure was just right and she hit all the right spots i feel loose and rejuvenated in my back, with me being pregnant she accommodated really well. she was the sweetest person you could meet i had the best massage and most wholesome conversation i needed to hear and feel everything im so happy i booked with her and will most definitely be booking again.
