So, with Aaron's you have to have a debit card on file to do business with them. The last 2 1/2 months I've done business with them they have taken extra money out of my bank account on days that were not scheduled. The first time, my account was over drawn. Costing me 31.50. The second time (on the 5th, 2 weeks before my scheduled payment and 6 days after last payment) the caused my account to be in the negative AGAIN. Costing me 63 bucks. Jacksonville didn't have what we were looking for and we were wanting to buy it outright and that's why I was calling them. Giving them one star because I thought it was rude and lazy of her to just cut me off and try to pass me off to the next store without trying to find out what it was...
