Being in IT, this is the only computer/phone repair place I trust enough to send my friends and family there when I don't have the time to assist myself. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Just sent my mom there again this morning as she thought she accidentally wiped her computer, but Cameron got her back up and running in just a couple of minutes. They're the best!

Also to that person that says they tried to put a backdoor in the phone: I think you've seen too many fake anti-right to repair ads or are way too paranoid. They take the phone in the back to verify the parts to order are correct for the phone. Even if you have the model and IMEI (which IMEI lookups aren't always accurate), they still need to visually make sure the parts will work as one model may have multiple different variants of parts. If you're so worried about it, either do it yourself or back up and wipe your phone before asking for a repair. With how many devices they repair, what purpose would they have to put in a backdoor on your phone? Way to jump to outlandish conclusions and leave that review. Those kinds of reviews really hurt...

Had my MacBook screen repaired by them back in November and the guys who worked on it were very nice. Great communication and really thorough. Customer service was 5 star. Unfortunately had an issue with the replaced display not even 2 months later and when I went back in some creep with long brown hair took one look at my computer and without even looking at me told me there’s no warranty and it would be $500. Same business but their level of customer care completely non existent. I had no issue paying for the service, the issue was how I wasn’t customer to him, I was an invoice. When I tried to explain this to him he became condescending towards me. To make matters worse, he was training an orientee, so the poor customer service is now being taught to new employees. Unfortunately bad experiences out weigh good ones and I’ll be sure to never take any device back to this establishment nor will I refer them to any of my followers or friends. Great Customer Service and Prices I've been building custom gaming computers for my children for many years which has been tons of fun. Recently one computer went south and I narrowed the problem down to either the motherboard, processor or power supply. I had no spare parts to swap out for testing so I took it into Hyperion. They do not charge for trouble shooting and found my problem right away and sold me a top shelf power supply at a very fair price. I enjoyed my visit and realized they also build very high end gaming computers with all the newest components. The one on the showroom floor was about as good as you can get and a great price.
